Service is good , rooms are clean . Reception was sloppy particularly at check out . Room service was unanswered at 6 AM ...which should not have been the case as there would be so many check out passengers with most of the flights leaving Nagpur in the early hours .Internet is expensive - needs to be part of the package .

It was a nice experience staying at pride the day before arrival they confirmed for airport pickup though the hotel is right next to the airport you could walk it if you wanted. Nice comfortable hotel. Good rooms and good service. The breakfast was not that great but decent. Bathrooms are little old and need refurbishment. All in good hotel to stay for short trip.

Perfectly located and with excellent service, this hotel is reasonably priced. The food is good and the breakfast spread is excellent. They have a very good Punjabi speciality restaurant. Airport pick up and drop is complimentary. The rooms are comfortable with clean linen and perfect room service. They also have a complimentary fresh fruit platter each day.

The Hotel is situated just outside the Nagpur Airport. An old property but renovated till perfection. Absolutely Morden amenities with high standards of guest services. Staff is well trained and hospitable. Stayed at suite on second floor, the room was huge having most comfortable beds ever. The living rooms had a sofa and a dinning perfect for business meetings. The breakfast was limited sort but yumm and fresh. Highly recommended hotel in Nagpur. Full points

There is nothing special about The Pride Hotel Nagpur except its location, which is bang outside the airport. So if one has an odd hour flight to catch, it's very convenient but most other hotels in this price range offer free pick up and drop facilities. Rooms have a peculiar stuffy stench. Dinner was terrible. They offer you an a la carte dinner b/f package and then tell you that certain food items which you wish to eat are not part of the package. the b/f is routine and if you are there for more than a day or two, its unpalatable. The saving grace is the Floor Manager (Ms.Nikita) who comes across as a very warm and caring person but there is little she can do!.

Choose pride because was in nahpur for very short time and iy is just situated at airport itself. Courtesy pick up and drop is necessary for you will not get commercial vehicle dor such short distance. Quite an old bldg. With distinctive foul stale air in the room.could noy use spa for they have same sex srvice only. One good thing is BRekfast which is well spread. Worst thing is that they charge you RS.250 hourly for wifi which is otherwise universally free.
