Service is good , rooms are clean . Reception was sloppy particularly at check out . Room service was unanswered at 6 AM ...which should not have been the case as there would be so many check out passengers with most of the flights leaving Nagpur in the early hours .Internet is expensive - needs to be part of the package .

I liked the hotel as I was there for business meeting with our office guests. I was taking care of their arrangements, I hear many complaints every now and then from hotels I made the stay and arrangements, but this one I did not receive one. I am happy, its also near to Airport. The Banquet is good, interior wise its nice too.

This hotel is near the airport and ideal for only business meetings arranged by local company,otherwise not ideal to stay as its far from market,shopping area,good restaurants and city attractions,bus and rail station etc.Rooms not so luxureous.food ok but service average.

My husband and I stayed here for 1 night in March 2015. Compared to all the other hotels booked by Cox & Kings in Delhi, Jaipur, Agra, Khajuraho, Bandhavgarh and Kanha this was disappointing. Staff ok but hotel was very tired. We had to move rooms because of noise of machinery beside room. The second room was very tired. Fortunately this was our last night before heading back to UK.

If you have are looking for Hotel near Nagpur Airport on main Wardha Road, this is a good option, This Hotel was initially started as 3 star but after take over by current management they added capacity and done lot of changes. Its pool side area is a very good place to spent your leisure.
