Hotel pride is a great place to stay while in Nagpur. It's right outside the airport. Nice clean n a very pleasant place. The service is very good. The food is great too. Only issue is nothing for the kids to do but otherwise a super place.

Service is good , rooms are clean . Reception was sloppy particularly at check out . Room service was unanswered at 6 AM ...which should not have been the case as there would be so many check out passengers with most of the flights leaving Nagpur in the early hours .Internet is expensive - needs to be part of the package .

I was on a business trip to Nagpur and stayed at this hotel from October 15th till 23rd -- a total of 8 nights. I stayed in the newly renovated Premium Room. The room is great so also the bathroom which is spotlessly clean. House Keeping was done both in the morning and evening. The staff was very pleasant, helpful and friendly.
The Negative side of the hotel: I called the day earlier to request for a pick up from the airport. I wanted to give my name and flight details but the person who answered the phone said it was not necessary as the staff is at the airport for every flight with the placard of the Hotel. When I came out of the airport, I saw a guy with a placard with some guest names on it but failed to find my name though my reservation was confirmed through pre-payment of the room charges for 8 nights. I identified myself to the staff but he mentioned the vehicle has already left for the hotel. He called the driver and I had to wait for good 10 minutes after a tiring journey from Bangalore.
When I went to the check in desk, there was a lady who was busy billing a guest for check out. One more guy was in the reception busy sorting out some old bills and was least bothered about me. He didn't even bother to ask me but continued with his work! Guest relation officer appeared on this side of the counter so I asked her what is happening here. She immediately asked the guy who is busy with the old bills and he checked me in. I am sorry was it the Pride of that guy who did not bother to check me in because he is working in the Pride Hotel? I don't have the answer but definitely this has never happened to me at any other hotel.
The air condition is poor in the lobby and the restaurants. I was sweating every time I went to these places. The spread is good for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Food is tasty and it is worth the money. On the whole the hotel is excellent if you stay in the newly renovated rooms. I enjoyed my stay except for these two incidents I mentioned.

On a business review at Nagpur I was at Hotel Pride. The rooms are kept very clean and overall service may be rated good. Arrangement of Lunch was quite good. However there was electrical glitch during our review quite a no. of times. Banquets were however comfortable.
This hotel may be preferred for buisness trip.

Hotel is situated at a walking distance from Nagpur airport. At reservation if flight details are provided the hotel arranges for pick up and drop by private car on complimentary basis.
Room rate includes breakfast and daily English news paper. There is a coffee shop and a restaurant for fine dining. The hotel also has a bar, swimming pool and gym.
locol three wheeler auto can be hired for local transport but do fix the price before hand. all in all a fair value for money.

The recent stay in this hotel was nice and pleasant. The rooms were decent.
The hotel overall is old, and i was informed that the same is used by Indian cricket team during there matches in Nagpur.
The room size was decent, and had nice view of swim pool and lush green garden. The hotel has exemplary location (just 0.5 kms from the airport, it takes like 60 seconds flat from Airport to Hotel).
The hotel has good restaurant (especially DHABA, the Indian authentic food), the breakfast served is also quite lavish, with plenty of options.
The slight disappointment apart from room was from the Bathroom where the hotels needs to re-decorate. The bathrooms were very less ventilated hence suffocating at times, the accessories are old and soiled.
But the city has much wider options now, Radisson, Sun N Sand are some other good hotels around which are newer.
