During my official trip to Nagpur, stayed at this star property for 2 nights.Probably,Hotel Pride is the best of all hotels in Ngpur.I say so for 2/3 reasons.Firstly,it is just
in opposite to Nagpur Airport, so pick up and drop service is provided by the Hotel.Secondly, one gets the best value for money since the tariff has in-built buffet breakfast & dinner.Hotel lobby is nice with very courteous staff.Rooms are really cosy with all utilities.Cleanliness is very good.Wash rooms are excellent.The best part is the food,both breakfast and dinner with wide varieties of dishes to choose from.Food is no doubt delicious.I had a comfortable stay no doubt and I could not have asked for more with the price I paid.
Would like to recdommend this Hotel to those who visit Nagpur city.

Service is good , rooms are clean . Reception was sloppy particularly at check out . Room service was unanswered at 6 AM ...which should not have been the case as there would be so many check out passengers with most of the flights leaving Nagpur in the early hours .Internet is expensive - needs to be part of the package .

The Pride, Nagpur is located right in front of the Airport - you step out of the airport and you step in the hotel. The hotel looks vintage but is well furnished from inside. Because I am a regular visitor to The Pride Hotels across India, they offer me a room upgrade every time. The food quality is good and the staff is very cordial. they will take every pain to keep the customer happy. They changed my room 3 times keeping in view my comfort.For business travel, the place is worth a stay...

The hotel has a great location that is,in front of the the airport .Free pick-up and drop facility.
Though the hotel looks a bit old,but it has great ambiance.The hotel has a scope for improvement.But it is worth the money.

Has the charm of the yesteryears. The lobby reminds me of the old five star hotels in Mumbai. The one thing that needs improvement is the check in. I arrived
from Mumbai and had to wait for about half an hour to check in as the rooms were unavailable. Have stayed at many hotels in Nagpur and there wasnt a problem every with this.
It would only be fair to say that they accomodated me into a vacant room to freshen up before my long day.
The rooms on the first floor - the premium rooms am told, are well done. Renovated and have impeccable cleanliness

As the title suggests its an outdated property. Few positives are the location, cleanliness & size of the rooms. Two extreme experience of service quality , very courteous & very
rude. A major quality gap for me specially since I had stayed at Radisson Blu just a couple of nights earlier. There is hardly any comparison & as some other travelers have mentioned not worth the tariff. (Radisson blu surely is worth paying more than this place or others like Center Point(s) which are much better value for money)
In room dining service was ok nothing spectacular, food portions are small. Cannot share experience about breakfast as I was not served any since I was 5 minutes late. No where its mentioned the time of breakfast, not even its mentioned to you at the time of check in, have stayed all across the country & have been delayed many times but the people have been courteous enough to offer some kind of breakfast. Walked into Casablanca at 10.37 to be exact, most of the things had been removed & they literally shooed me away. Asked for the manager or person in-charge, waited a few minutes & left as no one showed up. The F&B manager did not have the courtesy to come & say sorry, cannot serve since I was late. The reception staff seemed very supportive of the fact that I was not served breakfast but they did not take any step or action to help resolve the issue. I was out of Hotel with my bill by 10.45 am. Over all a Pathetic experience, Too costly, least courteous & taken for granted. Surely not going back there again hopefully unless Radisson Blu, Center Point Airport, Center Point, Tuli Majestic are fully booked.
