Firstly this is just 4 minutes from the airport. The staff is friendly and special thanks to Mr. Singh who ensures a good stay. Food, a bit spicy but stuck to the style of nagpur. A good gym and very good rooms. Ideal for the regular business traveller. For the fitness freak, just come out , cross the road and the entire airport road is at your disposal

Service is good , rooms are clean . Reception was sloppy particularly at check out . Room service was unanswered at 6 AM ...which should not have been the case as there would be so many check out passengers with most of the flights leaving Nagpur in the early hours .Internet is expensive - needs to be part of the package .

Although some friends were suggesting for a newer hotel we opted for tried & tested Pride, once more. And are happy that our choice was good. The rooms though old are maintained neatly. The housekeeping was excellent. Food served was delicious. The Breakfast is too good to miss. The Gym instructor also gave some helpful tips.

Stayed for one night. Room are acceptable but not to clean. Lots of dust behind tables etc. had dinner in one restaurant and that was not good add all. Took ala carte but cannot recommend it. Checkout took a long time as they had understaffing and the car to the airport did bot have safety belts in the back. There are better alternatives for the same price with minutes more to drive from the airport.

The quality of food is even worst than dhaba. Waiters are never present at their duty places. Managers were always busy on talking mobile and never listen custmers complaint and
surprise package is banquet hall manager because he did not have any idea about hospitality.
All staff are arrogant
