Rooms were very clean and the services were excellent.Food was great but they only serve vegetarian. We only tried the breakfast which ws gr8near by beaches were gr8 no comparison with north GOA which is always crowded and dirty

My first experience of booking this hotel was speaking to Mr Tahir Qazi who had helped me with all my requirements and personally phoned the hotel staff to make sure
all arrangements were taken care of before we arrived. All hotel staff were very friendly and helpful: the beautician Farah, chef Alesh ,Remmy need a special mention.
Location wise,the only hotel in Goa which has river on one side and sea on the other; its just ideal for people looking for quiet beach and wasn't very touristy but good few beach shacks that cater fresh sea food.
Only down side was hotel was very busy and occupied with students, company conferencing and music at night is loud some times but has a breathtaking view, good food and good service can over see this.
Overall we had a great experience and will definitely go there again.

While in Goa, I visited this resort only for having food as this is the only pure vegetarian hotel in Cavelossim area of Goa. What a delicious and variety of food they serve at Lunch and Dinner. Lunch is a full course meal which also includes sweet, farsan and icecream. It is recommended to go for Buffet Lunch and dinner instead of going for individual dishes. Rates are also quite reasonable looking at the quality of food served and the different variety. I have almost decided to go for Lunch and dinner to this Resort everytime I visit to Goa in future and decide to stay at Cavelossim area. Moreover cavelossim beach is just opposite this resort and it's just less than 5 mins walk.One can take a long stroll on this beach after having a delicious food at this resort.

While we didn't stay there , we went there for having lunch one day since the restaurant was pure veg. The food served itself was of excellent quality but the service was pathetic. The waiter could do with some smile and seemed least bothered in taking our orders and didn't explain properly what was available. Arrogant attitude. Flies were flying all over the restaurant and in spite of repeatedly informing the waiter about it , he didn't seem bothered about the issue ! . It's high time these guys learned how to treat their guests !

The location of the resort is very good, close to the beach, backwaters and convenience shops. The resort is spacious also. however poor staff, utilities, bad maintenance of the rooms, poor air conditioners, depresses one and countermands the comfort of the location.

Well, I went for a wedding to this resort and we had alot of rooms occupied there. The rooms are below average. The living room and the bedroom are merged but the AC has been put in the living room side. So, you obviously cannot feel the chill when you're sleeping in the bed. The TV is also put in the living room, so you cannot watch it while you're lying on your bed. Along with that, the service there sucks big time. I just ordered for bread and butter and they did not get it for me for 3 hours and later on they cancelled my order saying that they're having a busy day. One more thing was the food quality which was not at all good. The water in the pool was very dirty as if it had not been cleaned since ages. The main problem was the conveyance. If you want to travel to North Goa from there, you have to pay at least 3 grands because no cabs come there and also you can't get any public transport. There hotel has it's own cabs who have a monopoly there and their rates touch the sky. In short, my experience was a nightmare there.
