Our room was fine. The air conditioning worked. The queen bed was comfortable, and the 220 electrical worked. The bathroom was adequate but lacked a hair blow dryer. We didn't use the pool but it looked really inviting. The one detraction was the restaurant. You feel a little captive with the closest restaurants either not open until 8pm or about 1/4 mile walk. The restaurant prices were high and the food was not worth the cost (over cooked or just not well prepared). Take the walk to town for much better food. The breakfast is adequate, but be sure to get to it early or they may run out of some things! Oh, and buy your bottled water elsewhere or prepare to wait for the locked chest to open and then to pay about $3. Overall, we would try somewhere else if we were to return.

The location is excellent. The rooms are basic. The staff is totally indifferent to guests needs. The breakfast buffet is mediocre, at best. If you book here don't expect much expect for a short and beautiful walk along the coast on your way into town.

Travelers beware your tour company may book you the package that includes dinner but the hotel denies they offer this type of package when you check in or stuck you with the bill when you check out. At first I thought it was our tour company screws up, I decided not to include this on my review. I changed my mind because I overheard another fellow travelers who got stuck with 400 dollars of dinner bill. Please double check with front desk when you check in if you are not with a big group.
As far as the experience with the hotel goes, everything is below average. The served cut up banana as fruit for breakfast, all the rest of breakfast items are pretty gross.
The room is pretty dirty. We have a piece of flower on the ground for three days before the cleaning staff picks it up. The bathroom is totally gross looking (we are stay at room 42).
One plus side is the two of the female receptionists are very friendly and helpful. This is why we gave the hotel 2 stars rating.
