The facilities in the hotel is hardly functional. The TT table, gym and swimming pool are not usable. The hotel is at a location which is in reachable by autorikshaws.

Overall stay is average. Please collect the contact number of an autorikshaw driver so that you need not walk all the way back to find an auto.

for the price you pay for it. Until recently, the management of the hotel has been entirely changed and is managed by a company name 'Golden Lily Hospitality' which has turned this place into probably the worst resort possible.
The new manager, Tiwari and his assistant Mangesh are the worst people to come across. Having called the resort two days prior to check-in for the confirmation, on arrival at the resort, we are told that there are no rooms available due to renovation work being carried out in some rooms. We were left stranded. The option given to us after a couple of hours of non-stop arguements was that we could sleep in the confrence hall which was filled with spider webs and dust, was without any sort of fans and the air-con was not functional. On being asked to let us speak to the owner of the resort, we were threatened with remarks from the manager Tiwari saying "Complaint kya karoge? Number hi nahi dete hum log. Jaao jo ukhaadna hai ukhaad lo."
On hearing such language from a manger of the resort, we were quite shocked and decided to leave the premises immediately and our advance paid was refunded.
Avoid this resort at all costs. There are a lot of better options available. The rooms are pathetic, dirty and the resort is over all disgusting. The new management and Golden Lily Hospitality have to be nominated for "The Worst Management" award. I am sure they will win it hands down. I am definitely NEVER going to visit this resort again.

at approximately 1730 hrs to check in. Upon reaching, I saw a dilapidated structure at the end of a cobbled road, which was named Sky Blue Resort. The exterior and the entrance lobby definitely did not look as good as what was shown in the pictures on Cleartrip.
I was greeted by two men, who looked like goons. One of the men claimed to be the manager, while the other man named 'Abhi' claimed to be the owner. It was evident that there were no other guests in the hotel, but some old women who appeared to be the owner's relatives.
The manager showed us room nos 214, 215, 201, 202, 204, 205, 206, 207 and 108 - none of which looked anything like what was shown on the pictures uploaded on Cleartrip.com. In the pictures, the rooms appear clean and well-maintained with bright yellow walls and new-looking white sheets on the beds.
In reality, each of the rooms had a broken main-door. None of the rooms was cleaned for days with stains of tea, tobacco spits and the toilets were akin to public toilets. The sheets were stained in every room. When we asked the attendants to change the sheets to washed sheets, his response was "ab kya poore din bedsheets dhote baithega kya? Aapko daag toh sab sheets mein milega" ["Now should [we] be washing bedsheets all day? You're bound to find stains in all sheets"]
When we complained to the owner and the manager about the broken doors, unclean rooms and unwashed sheets, both the manager and owner claimed that they had shown us the best of their rooms available, and that we should speak to Cleartrip about the problems we face at the hotel and that they are not liable to answer us. This was communicated to us in quite a rude manner. When I asked the individual named Abhi why was he being rude to his customer, he said if we find him rude, its our problem. The manager then told us that Abhi was the owner of the place - almost as if justifying that he was entitled to be rude to customers visiting that hotel.
Eventually, I did NOT check in to the resort and informed Cleartrip about the experience immediately and requested a refund. Cleartip put me in a loop of phone calls to customer service for two days without any result on my refund request. For me, this experience will be etched in my mind as a fraud nexus run in tandem by both Cleartrip and the hoteliers.
Never again, Cleartrip - and Sky Blue Resort, that place doesn't deserve to remain in operation.

Swimming Pool is pathetic, they don't even provide towel by poolside. The attitude of staff was horrifying, they didn't even stop us when we showed intention to leave the place.

And finally we actually did leaving our advance payment as charity to this hotel. Room quality is also very bad. Food was also very poor. Over all resort is not meant for family holiday. No play area for children.
