The stay was comfortable and the hotel location is also good. The sun rise can be seen from the top floor of the hotel. The restaurant is not that good. The food was not up to the mark looking to the hotel. Rooms were not that great but value for money if booked around INR 2400/- . Staff was decent only thing is food which needs to be improved.

I Visited for attending conference from 11/1/13 to 13/1/13 for 3 days at Kanyakumari. I stayed in this hotel. Room service is good, rooms are clean, restaurant is very nice. Overall experience is good, as of now is good.

It was average for us.... Rooms were very good... only the day we wanted to use the swimming pool, it was under maintainance. Also the breakfast which was written in the menu was not available... But overall ok.... The location of the hotel was very good... Railway station was walking distance.....

The reception is normal. Wifi is available only in the lobby, pretty good speed. Room service was great on Sunday and worst on Monday!looked akin to there were two teams trying to achieve the extreme opposite ends of a barometer for customer satisfaction (un-satisfaction for Monday). Location is close to the beach, but does not have a sea view. There are many other hotels at cheaper rates with very good views (maybe also reviews). All hotels in Kanyakumari are within walking distance to each other.

Since I reached early, I had to wait for about 20 minutes for the room to be prepared. Didn't like it. Please make arrangements for early arrival.That's the general problem
people will have with this hotel. Room service was OK. The staff was quite and nice. I had Luxury room for 2 days, didn't have much of problems. Food was OK (little overpriced for the value).
A little universal tip, if in problem with staff, just demand to see the Manager. Did that once to cancel multiple orders accidentally made, which the restaurant people were not willing to cancel. Worked like a charm.
Oh, and did I mention I booked standard room and got Luxury room because It wasn't available and I was furious I had to wait. (online booking)

Hotel looks good from exterior.has swimming pool, restaurant. Stayed in a regular room. Room sofa dirty. Bed sheets had stains. Room smell musty. Seemed as if it hadn't been cleaned
It s close to the station.
Hotel reception was under renovation.

Stayed in the hotel on 05th Oct 2014 with family. Location is OK. The hotel is under renovation. Under staffed. U have to manage the thngs by urslf. Very poor room service. Poor restaurant service. Very dirty.Not advisable to stay for pleasure trips.

Thro' some hotel reference from Trivandrum, unfortunately we landed into this Hotel last week and right from arrival we encountered worst experience. The room had old linen/ bed sheets/
towels and most importantly, the Toilet was in bad shape, health faucet as well as shower leaking and Hot water was not coming next day morning. Throughout the night we had to call for help and by the time Sunrise had happened. Despite paying full price, we could not get basic facilities.
Even breakfast was stale with nothing being served Hot.
Never would recommend any family stay here.

Going by the name of the hotel and photos seen online we booked this hotel. The check in time is 12pm in this hotel. However our train reached early morning at 4.30 am and we reached the hotel by 5am. He had told that we would be reaching early at the time of booking. However we were shocked to see their reaction when we reached the hotel. We were two families and requested to atleast provide 1 room till there are two rooms available. The hotel staff did not even greet us. The only thing thing they said is that the check in time is 12pm and treated us so badly as if we have done a blunder by coming early. The staff is extremely unfriendly and there is absolutely no care shown to their customers. secondly , we did not get hot water as there was only solar connection and no geezer connected to our room. Today even a c grade hotel provides hot water not sure how come a hotel which calls itself to be an international hotel does not provide hot water. Lastely , when we wanted to check out, they said that they cannot except credit cards as the machine is not working. So we had to run to an ATM machine to draw cash. All these things are highly unaccepted in a hotel which claims itself to be an international hotel. The only plus point is that you can get a good sunrise view if you go to the top floor of this hotel.
