The stay was comfortable and the hotel location is also good. The sun rise can be seen from the top floor of the hotel. The restaurant is not that good. The food was not up to the mark looking to the hotel. Rooms were not that great but value for money if booked around INR 2400/- . Staff was decent only thing is food which needs to be improved.

This is one of the best hotels in Kanyakumari. Rooms are quite spacious & very well maintained.
In some rooms AC may be noisy. So it will be better to check the room before confirming your room. In restaurant, service was too slow & most of the items from menu card were unavailable. Food quality was good.

For our trip to Kerala we started from Kanyakumari.

During our week long trip to Kerala and Kanyakumari, we found this place quite comfortable and exhilarating. We stayed in two deluxe rooms which were very clean and Well-kept.Service was very prompt. Staff was helpful.Sunrise from hotel rooftop is unforgettable. Also the view of town and sea was wonderful from the rooftop. Only problem we encountered was the smell from kitchen coming in our room through an open vent which was fixed by the staff. Breakfast was very delicious.

It was average for us.... Rooms were very good... only the day we wanted to use the swimming pool, it was under maintainance. Also the breakfast which was written in the menu was not available... But overall ok.... The location of the hotel was very good... Railway station was walking distance.....

The reception is normal. Wifi is available only in the lobby, pretty good speed. Room service was great on Sunday and worst on Monday!looked akin to there were two teams trying to achieve the extreme opposite ends of a barometer for customer satisfaction (un-satisfaction for Monday). Location is close to the beach, but does not have a sea view. There are many other hotels at cheaper rates with very good views (maybe also reviews). All hotels in Kanyakumari are within walking distance to each other.

Our room was big, with good AC(noisy), fan, and a mini fridge. The bathroom was ok for India, but should have been a lot cleaner. We chose this hotel even
though it was not on the headland or on the beach, because of the pool. When we went to use it,unfortunately it was just for show as it was too dirty to use. We saw so many staff just loitering around, surely some of them could use their paid hours by actually spending some time cleaning the pool. On the roof top where guests are supposed to go to view the sunrise, there were lots of paper cups left behind by people obviously having a morning cuppa, while watching the sunrise. But, just thrown on the ground, as Indians have a tendency to do with a lot of their litter. Again the staff should be cleaning them up, or providing a rubbish bin for people to use.
Didn't use the restaurant in the basement, as it looked too dark and dingy.

Stayed there in Dec'13. While they are strategically located, rooms leave a lot to be desired, was musty & was obvious that the room was not well maintained. The sheets were stained (unfortunately didn't click a snap of that), the taps & health faucets in the bathroom were leaking. When complained, we were told that a plumber would attend to it. Needless to say it was not attended to. When enquired, we were told that the hotel was building a new wing & therefore the current was neglected. There were some other decent looking hotels near the market area. One might want to check them out.
