delayed in arriving and on contacting the hotel the owners were very kind and waited up for us to arrive, even though it was after midnight. The accomodation was very clean and stylish, the gardens were beautiful and even though it was past midnight on arrival and before 6am on departing the swimming pool looked very inviting and spotlessly clean and the garden was kept beautifully. We were even left some sandwiches for our travels the next day. I must just say a very warm thank you to the owners for their hospitality, which I could not fault.

was very comfortable. Rooms were neat and clean with mini bar refrigerator with some soft and hard drinks and some snaks. Also there was coffee maker but u cant expect to make a good coffee as milk pouch were very small. Its purely bed and breakfast resort so dont expect dinner and lunch. If u want to have u have to walk 20 mins to bogmalo beach. Or you can wait for buses to drop u to the beach. Only thing that dissaponited us was Morning Breakfast... Lady Chef doesn't asks u for what you want in Breakfast she just brings whatever she likes. Coffee sucks ... and toast were over baked. Otherwise its nice resort with pool ... Enjoy!

so after checking all the fantastic reviews on tripadvisors I decided to book.
It was warm welcome by owner Amruta and she has given complimentry pick up from the airport till resort. She had given us a room at ground floor. We had gone inside the room and seen one lizard roaming inside so immediately requested the owner to change the room and she did it accordingly.
Breakfast was somethig boaring., no wi fi connection , no room service available as the room attendant were available at specific time and you had to approach owner otherwise
There are no eating place aroung the resort. The location is very inconvenient as it is more than two kms from Bogmallo beach. So you have to pay extra to drop and pick up to Bogmallo beach for lunch as the food is not available at the resort.
Apart from all the difficulty we will definitely mention that the owner had helped us a lot. She had dropped us to Bogmallo beach to have dinner. Even on the next day she had allowed our 2 fanily member to join our room as we were moving for the wedding. We had just booked for one day so advice would be check other option also near Bogmallo before booking.

from proximity to the airport, the location is very inconvenient as it is more than two kms away from Bogmalo beach and there are no eating places within walking distance so you have to either use a dilapidated Goa bus or a rip-off taxi if you are not fit enough to walk especially the return journey which is seriously uphill.
Unlike other B&Bs we have stayed in, the owner did not interact with us so I was unable to provide any feedback or suggestions for improvement.
There is no wi-fi, no newspaper and the television reception is constantly interrupted due to poor signal so it can start to feel a bit isolated if you don't have a smartphone or similar device.
Breakfast was a bit boring with a daily supply of egg and toast but it was not a major issue. No coffee refills were offered which is rather strange.
We had the place to ourselves but I imagine if all rooms were occupied it could get a bit cramped especially around the pool and in the breakfast area.
All in all, a comfortable stay.
