From the moment of your arrival you feel special! It is beautiful hotel with friendly hard working staff to make our stay unforgettable. Our room was huge with nice large bathroom and wonderful happy full of smile room attendant what clean our room so well. The most unforgettable about the hotel is the staff who always smile that include Housekeeping , The waiters in FB and for sure Front office what is always ready to help .The hotel have great architecture and relaxing atmosphere overlooking lake and beautiful landscape of Udaipur mountains .Thank you very much for having me there and big thanks for looking after us .

The hotel being a starwood property lived upto my expectations. Despite being completely booked the management provided me an early check-in (on request) as i was travelling with my 1 year old kid. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The rooms were spacious with nice ambience and the bathrooms were clean & big. The location of the hotel is also very strategic keeping in mind the landscape of the lake and the aravallis. The food was also nice but there was nothing special worth mentioning. Alltogether, the hotel provided a very nice 2-day in the city of lakes "Udaipur".

This place is great, I hope to visit it sometime soo. The photos look great and seems like the view is worth dying for. Took my mother to this place so wanted something nice and fancy and this fit the bill.

The place is located on the banks of the a lake forgot the name though ! The rooms are spacious but most of the base category rooms located on ground floor don't have views. So ask for a pool facing rooms. Only higher category and suites have lake facing rooms. There is an outdoor restaurant which is beautifully lit in the evening where can have a drink and enjoy the view of the lake and the other restaurant is near the pool. The spa looks very tacky though ! The hotel is spread out and staff is courteous.

This was my second stay at this property. The first stay was three years ago when the same property was under the Radisson Brand.
The hotel interiors have taken a toll since the time of opening and this shows particularly in the rooms. The room floor was sticky ( Could not attempt to walk bare footed) and the cleaning was not upto mark.
Bath room was quite disapointing and felt absolutely run down. I have never experienced a starwood hotel with a bathroom and no towels near the wash basin.
The only positive side was the food. To our surprise the mediterranean food was very good and so was the chinese restaurant at the lower level.
Overall not a great experience.

Was very disappointed with the Room Condition. We had three 3 room and all of them had some or the other problems. Bathroom doors were jammed, room colour was coming out. Doors of wardrobe were not closing properly. There were no bathroom slippers. My bed side table was broken and hanging on the wall the wall. In one room the air conditioning was very poor. In one of the room bathroom flush was not working. It was a basic room but with a Hotel like Sheraton you would expect certain standards.
Reception staff were nice and courteous and they offer us another room but they were too small then the one we had. They try their best to make us comfortable and try to repair as much possible. Food was were good and there is nothing to complain.
Was hoping to have a lot better experience but overall experience was ok.

This hotel got its ratings..weddings,conferences started..and everything went for a toss...A/C does not do the cooling,TV reception is not clear.with less than 40 odd channels...bath tub taps give dirty water...I wonder if foreigners r treated the same way...the earlier not so pleasant reviews r actually true..I unfortunately read them after my stay...The only saving grace was the lady in the kids room...kids would love do creative activities with her help...ONE FREE ADVICE..lodge ur complaints at the reception and get 25 percent off or maybe a dinner free....that's the best this hotel can do...but will continue to operate in this inefficient manner...
