when booking. Due to the noise from the renovation, it is impossible to sleep after 7 am in the morning even at the weekend. The room and its furniture are worn out and dirty. The staff is kind, but the service is extremely poor. For example, they did not know for how many days we had booked and paid for and asked us to check out one day in advance. Further, the room was not cleaned which we remarked on, but they did not bother to fix it. The breakfast was ok.

with bedbug bites everywhere. They probably got into my suitcase and now, back in my country, I am having an impossible team getting rid of them...

times that she was new and was not sure. The direction was correct - lucky - that was good!! When we arrived I asked about parking. The receptionist told us "it is full in the basement". I said, ok, what do we do then? She told me AGAIN that she was new, but there was parkinghouse "in that direction" (pointed). I told her that I have never been here and asked for more specification. She told me that she have never been there either!! She was smiling, but really!! She was really annoying. I recommend that she takes a few steps outside the building and look up the parking area!!
The room.... woooow! Dirty! Really! The chairs in the room.. We didn`t want to sit in them, som we brought towels and put them in the chairs!
It was a little balcony. Eeeeh... The first thing we did notice was empty box of sigarett and a lot of SNUS on the floor! Dirty, disgusting!! It is spring, but really! Get the area washed up!! It takes about half an hour!
The shower area... Yellow!
The corridors ... Eeehh... dirty carpets.. not only sawdust from workers but also ob-paper!
All in all. This hotel is under renovation, so it is an old building. That is no problem, but the hotel must take a step inside the room, the balcony, the corridors and ask themselves: "would I like to stay here"? Clean up!!
We liked two things about this "hotel": The brakfast and location. These two things we will find in several other hotels in Oslo!
