这里有优质的性价比,餐饮真的是好,但是有点太贵。我们最好的体验来自旅游柜台的jyothi女士,她非常高效,表现很好,并且了解客人的需求。我们坐他们的包车去阿杰梅尔的旅行以及酒店的司机bhavar先生都棒极了。我是个专业赛车手,我觉得司机的驾驶让我感到安心。希望这里能保持好它一贯的好服务。

has all the modern facilities... for my parents i need a room with some special facilities.. which were provided to us at the time of check in... and they were happy to find these facilities at their disposal...
The breakfast buffet spread was lovely and every morning they had a different menu on buffet with lot of choices in veg and non-veg. The service was efficient and were eager to serve all their guest with a smile.
Front Desk team was very helpful and made our travel plans to visit to different places of tourist interest and shopping.
Overall a great and memorable experience and total "paisa vasool" (value for money)

The bell boy sandeep took our luggage from the cab and at the reception we were received by a pleasant charming Pratima, the receptionist who gave us the pleasant news that we had been upgraded to a premium room. Jyoti Fauzdar who I later learned was the duty manager came out and welcomed us with a pleasant smile and wished us a comfortable stay. We walked into our rooms and were impressed with the ambiance and the furnishing. Sandeep briefed me about the AC remotes the tv switch and made a warm cup of tea. When I returned in the evening to the room after my meetings I found that the fruit bowl and the cookies were not placed in the room ( which I had seen in most of the Sarovar hotels ) . I rang up the manager and requested for the fruit bowl and cookies, which she very promptly sent with the waiter to the room within 10 min.The food and service at the restaurant was efficient. On our checkout Jyoti Fauzdar asked us about our stay which we mentioned was very comfortable and pleasant and like a home away from home. She and her team made us comfortable relaxed and our stay a happy one.
I wish them all the success in the future and may the hotel grown leaps and bounds.

in one of the nicer areas of Jaipur, you are minutes away from shopping and attractions. If you plan to spend a few days in Jaipur discovering it, then just stay here.

be the only two reasons for anyone to stay here...The Hotel is well made & maintained but the service is not so good. We had arrived after a long drive and had booked the hotel online and so were expecting a quick check in. The check in was smooth but took time ( we got a welcome drink though). When we went to the pool at the rooftop in evening we got to know that it is closed in evenings as the rooftop restaurant gets underway- Strange! The night sleep was peaceful as the hotel is not on a main road ( its off Queens road). We wanted to checkout a lil early next morning than the usual checkout time & I called the reception to prepare our bill atleast 15 minutes before leaving our room. Expecting a quick checkout, we arrived at the reception only to find bill not prepared, the staff took its time , checking with housekeeping for mini bar consumption ( although I had filled up the form in my room to hasten the process!)...The bill, when it came to us, had additional charges for Breakfast ( although we had booked a normal without breakfast plan & didnt ask or use the breakfast in the morning! Now this mistake again took almost 20 minutes to get sorted out. At the end we were just too happy to finally leave the hotel!!
