shower good. Great room service and pool service. Such friendly staff. Breakfast was fine - we were worried about breakfast having read the reviews but there was plenty of choice and the Indian breakfast option was a bonus too! The main pool was big enough to do short lengths and the hotel is well situated for the beach and Candolim itself. I will be recommending it to any of my friends planning trips to Goa. Wish I was there now! Really well priced too for what you get!

kept tropical gardens lead directly on to Candolims super beach.
Everything about the Santana is just so good from the management all through the staff the friendliness and politeness makes them all a perfect team.
Must say a special thank you to Trevor, the reception manager who kindly gave me a very spacious room with two balconies and great views from both. All the room are kept spotlessly clean by the roomboys and linen and towels changed on a daily basis.
Also can certainly recommend the delicious food and entertainment at both restaurants, Olegario's and calamari shack on the beach, an amazing venue to eat and watch the sun set over the ocean.
"IMMACULATE SANTANA RESORT" it's just the best holiday experience ever in Goa and I'm really looking forward to being there again in November 2013!!!

we were allowed to checkin @ 11:00 Am (lols, we were served the welcome drink at the times of check-in). Having said that, still credit is due as we were allowed to checkin 1 Hour prior to normal 12 noon, and what’s more, we were also allowed to late check out the next day @ 4 PM as our schedule demanded that. Though the resort charged extra 70% of what I paid for one day booking, but it was on a mutual agreement and I was told about the charges beforehand when I asked for late checkout(up till 6:00 PM). 2 well air conditioned and clean rooms suite with a kitchen and minibar for a Standard room, near Main pool is not bad offering (it was exceptional and unexpected, I must say). Beach as well as Calamari Shack is just 2 Minutes walking distance through a splendid and serene internal pathway. Not to mention the frendly staff and helpful Reception(Alister).At the Olegarios, we tried Spring rolls, Screwdriver, Chicken Xacutti, Yellowdal(we are North Indians ;), Vegetable Paratha, Chicken Noodles and all the preparations were sumptuous.We also tried breakfast (Utilizing our 1 and Half hour time on arrival day at calamari, and The French toast and Cheese on toast were good there too :).Would sure love to stay at Santana again.Roomtip: I stayed at 505, its quite place near the mainpool

we also enjoyed many of the nearby restaurants and beach shacks. The two pools offer a choice of experiences - one has a swim-up bar and the other is quieter and nearer the gardens. We lounged in the sun and shade and read our books and have a very enjoyable experience.

pleased the moment I saw the room was exactly what I had asked them for.Since the hotel is located in North Goa,location is very good in terms of accessibility to beaches,watersports activities, markets and all kinds of restaurents.At the restaurant they even entertained our request for jain food.However morning buffet breakfast was quite average.The only turn downer was their staff at the splash bar pool side attendants who were quite impolite with their Indian guests compared to foreigner guests
