I stayed in Dec14 4-6 and left on 6th evening in an official trip, billing direct to my company so can’t say about the room-rent expense; they did have complimentary breakfast and one major meal (either lunch or dinner) which had a very wide veg / non-veg spread, hence it covered a huge quantum of our expense. Hotel is located behind the famed Uphaar Cinema Hall at Green Park, South Delhi. Their restaurant named Clay Tandoor is very famous in the locality. Room is medium sized by cozy; services are good; one great thing is – even the complimentary major meal / bf they serve in room – unlike many other hotels where to take complimentary meal one needs to go to dining room. They keep a breakfast card and a meal card in your room; you simply tick the food items you like to take and hand over the same to room service or reception; for breakfast you may just hang the filled-up card from your outside doorknob before you retire for the day – the same will be picked up next early morning and your meal will be served ready in room. You need to specify the meal / breakfast time in the card itself. Nice procedure. Bathroom is nice, phone service good, they have all other amenities like AC, TV etc – it’s a nice stay option and a decent location. Autos a few steps away from hotel.

I stayed in room 202 for 9 nights for 3,800 INR per night all inclusive. The room is fairly spacious, with natural light and appealingly decorated. It includes
a king size be, AC and ceiling fan, mid-size flat screen TV with satellite programming, mini fridge, and electric water heater for drinks. The bathroom is also appealingly decorated. The shower did not drain well and many holes in the shower head were blocked by deposits. The room is a bit noisy, mostly from traffic noise from the small street outside, but quiet enough during sleeping hours. It is cleaned every day. I had a lot of problems with the hotel WiFi, it was unreliable and operated over an unsecured WiFi link.
The hotel is a 5 minute walk from the green park metro station. There are many restaurants, shops, spas, and fruit stands in a 1 km radius. Restaurants closest to the hotel are upscale and diverse.
Breakfast is included. One orders at night and it is brought to the room at the requested time. There are plenty of choices and the food is well prepared.
The staff was helpful and friendly enough. They printed a document and made some local calls for me at no charge.
At check out, I paid in cash. There were three or four staff members at the reception desk. After I handed the money over, it turned out three people were required to count it. I began to worry that my count and their count were going to be different (kind of like a crooked money changer) but in the end they stamped paid on my bill and off I went.

I stayed here for 03 nights (13th Sept.2014 to 15th Sept.2014) on my tour to Delhi. I found rooms are very clean and services are also commendable. Food is good- quality wise as well as from the hygienic point. Mr Chanakya, G.M. and Ms. Rakhi, Manager paid personal attentions whenever required. Dr Amrish Sinhaa, Mumbai

When you first look at the lobby of the hotel as you enter you would immediately start believing you made a mistake by choosing the hotel as it is really
small and looks more like the lobby of a small budget lodge.
However the rooms, while on the smaller side, are reasonably good in comparison and similar to ones you would expect in a good 3* hotel. Comfortable bed, good AC, slick bathrooms with glass shower partition, flat screen TV and the like.
The hotel is located in a small lane and can be hard to find. However the proximity to the Green Park metro station (3-4 mins walk) was a big plus for us as we preferred using the metro to commute. Most of the popular tourist locations are only a short ride on the metro and that worked well for us.
Breakfast tasted good but was offered in the room which was not something we preferred given the number of items and the lack of a large dining table. The items on the breakfast menu are also limited and can get repetitive beyond the first day.
The free wifi worked but was usually slow. There aren't too many amenities beyond the room itself.
Service was efficient without being remarkable.
Not a bad choice in Delhi if all you are looking at is a comfortable room to spend the night.

Whatever the travel site may say, Park Residency is just a 2-Star hotel. Do not go by the hotel bldg pic posted in the travel site, the hotel is inside a small lane at Green Park. Everything about this hotel is just average, be it the rooms, service or food. They serve breakfast in your room, a boon at times when u r in a rush. At this price there are better hotels in the vicinity.
