We picked the park residency hotel because of its good price and convenient location close to our friend's home. We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the rooms and
The rooms were comfortable and well equipped. Breakfast was delicious and serviced in-room. Room was clean and tidy, with a spacious bathroom. Service was prompt and polite.
My only negative points are that the hallways were not always clean (dishes/beer bottles on the hall table) and sometimes used for storing folding tables etc. That, combined with the small lobby make the hotel seem less promising initially, but once you're inside your room it's great.
We stayed on the first floor, street noise was moderate during the daytime, but quiet at night.

I stayed in Dec14 4-6 and left on 6th evening in an official trip, billing direct to my company so can’t say about the room-rent expense; they did have complimentary breakfast and one major meal (either lunch or dinner) which had a very wide veg / non-veg spread, hence it covered a huge quantum of our expense. Hotel is located behind the famed Uphaar Cinema Hall at Green Park, South Delhi. Their restaurant named Clay Tandoor is very famous in the locality. Room is medium sized by cozy; services are good; one great thing is – even the complimentary major meal / bf they serve in room – unlike many other hotels where to take complimentary meal one needs to go to dining room. They keep a breakfast card and a meal card in your room; you simply tick the food items you like to take and hand over the same to room service or reception; for breakfast you may just hang the filled-up card from your outside doorknob before you retire for the day – the same will be picked up next early morning and your meal will be served ready in room. You need to specify the meal / breakfast time in the card itself. Nice procedure. Bathroom is nice, phone service good, they have all other amenities like AC, TV etc – it’s a nice stay option and a decent location. Autos a few steps away from hotel.

I stayed during february 2015 in this hotel during a business trip. It is a really nice hotel, clean rooms, each with cable TV, A/C, WiFi, and includes breakfast at
your room, which you chose the night before according to your preferences.
About the location, I was travelling alone and felt really safe walking around the neighbourhood. Also, is 5 minutes walk to Green Park metro station (which you can take to Old Delhi) and close by to Diplomatic Enclave, where I had to go for business. On the down side, it is not easy for taxis to get to the hotel, it is in an alley, I had printed a map from the airport to the hotel which turned out to be really helpful. Thanks to it, the driver could get to the hotel. And I had to use it a couple more times with other drivers for them to get directions.
Staff was great, always really helpfull, and they have partner taxis that can drive you around. This is good because you know you are safe and they won't charge you more than they should.
It was an overall good experience.

Travelled with a group of friends: We had been there twice, on our way in and out of Delhi. it is situated in a quite street in South Delhi - so quiete that not everybody seems to know where it is! The rooms are well sized and clean, however the second one I had , did have a distinctive stink as if it was not used for some time. The hotel applied some refreshing products and I left the window open and the fan operating for the whole day while i was out. When i came back, it was much better. Breakfast is only served in the room, which may turn sometime unconvenient, unless one is in a romantic idiallic moment and rather prefers having coffee and toast in bed :-). Personnel was very nice and accomodating with some of the changes we requested. They also kept our luggage during our absence without any issue. I was not particular found of the restaurant. Even though, I would think to use this hotel again if I were back in Delhi.

I booked ticket by makemytrip.com they confirmed me of availability of bath tub like minimum amenity. I was shocked to see that the room was stinking with smoke to startup. It was v small room. I called to the small little conjusted reception and requested for a room which has a bath tub at least. But hotel said they don't have bathtubs. Just 3 or 4 rooms have it and those also are not working fine. No lotion no cream no shampoo was given in the room. Breakfast also was swrved in room.so unfriendly. I paid 3300 for a room quality of hardly rs 2000. Make my trip also does not responds. I suggest you all to make efforts before blindly following reviews. I can rate the hotel as 2nd star only. Nothing lavish nothing will give you a happy feeling
