Over the Ramazan ID weekend me and my wife stayed at Ozran. On reaching the place I Kwai blown away to see the place was as the picture promised. Simply amazing, with 14 huts lined by the sea. We were booked in the huts with partial sea view, however were upgraded to full premier huts, the sea from our balcony and French windows for no extra cost. The place is quaint and an idyllic get away from the crazy baga and calangute. The service staff is excellent. The food is very North Indian , as the chefs from Chandigarh . Would love them to add some Goan food to their menu..Highly recommended.

As soon as you enter here u might get confused whether u r in India or foreign.
Great property with sea facing limited cottages so not much crowded , small swimming pool which u will enjoy.
I was on vacation with my family including Mom, wife n 4 years son, all of us so indulged we relaxed n same time enjoyed nature n sunset right from our cottage veranda! Check-in was pretty fast, rooms were clean, well ventilated n well equipped with all amenities n room service was rather quick.
Food @ Zafran restaurant was amazing with reasonable price even staff members were nice n friendly.
If u r with family on vacation don't look for alternative options in North Goa, head straight to Ozran Heights but plz ensure u have vehicle @ ur disposal.

Dear Mr Alric,
Just writing on behalf of my family members who joined me at your resort from the 2nd to the 5th of October 2014. A really HUGE thank you to Ozran Heights for making our get together so memorable. From your completely gracious staff to your lovely and luxurious cottages, to your lush surroundings and beautiful garden, the wonderful food at Zaffran and the fantastic waiters and staff, the beautiful veiw...I could go on and on. Thank you so much. We enjoyed the trip thoroughly especially because of the high quality service from Ozran Heights. Even our little children enjoyed themselves and the food thoroughly. Your prompt answers to our queries also made our bookings and arrangements easy and the trip to and fro so smooth.
I was so touched when I opened the lunch parcel which I had ordered for my kids on my journey back. It was packed beautifully and with alot of care to the children. In this day and age this type of service is rare.
Once again God bless you all and please do convey our thanks to your staff again.

Stayed at the premium sea facing cottage for 3 nights in the mad first week of October. While the whole of Goa was a mess this place retained its sanity.
The property is a small hotel consisting of around 14 stand alone cottages perched on a cliff up the Ozran beach. The rooms were small but exquisitely done and maintained extremy well. Each and every thing in the room and the resort in general was classy and elegant. Loved each and every aspect of the cottage and the property in general. The guys were helpful and nice.
The only concern that I had at the resort was the food. While the breakfast was amazing and fresh and tasty the other meals at the resort did not excite me much. The restaurant has been outsourced to Zaffran chain of restaurant and I found the food to be very spicy and oily and very non goan too. However there are several places just around the corner.
Overall I found the resort to be extremely charming and friendly and would love to be back again.

Resort is very beautiful and well maintained, location is the main USP of the resort, but its very far to find out if u are travelling in two wheeler and a single couple,u need to come early to the resort at night as the roads are dark and lonely, food and staff were ok ok not good not bad,can stay once for the sake of location and view only.

I walked into this hotel to book a room for for the following week. I was asked to pay a deposit for the room but I did not have cash on me so they said I could pay by card instead. They charged the whole full amount instead of a deposit and without me knowing or telling me beforehand they wrote on the receipt no refund. He put the receipt into an envelope and I left. One hour later I came back to the hotel to see if I could get my money back on my card as I found out that there was only one seat available to Hampi and I had to get on that bus as I am a single girl traveling and I had friends also on that bus. The manager was extremely rude and said that I could not get a refund not even partial of my money. Seeing it was only an hour later after booking this room and I had to get on this bus you would think that they would have the decently to give me back some of my money. I didn't request that it had to be the whole amount but seriously just some of my money back seeing I came back only an hour later to change it. He was an extremely rude manager and I would never return to stay at this property.
