Over the Ramazan ID weekend me and my wife stayed at Ozran. On reaching the place I Kwai blown away to see the place was as the picture promised. Simply amazing, with 14 huts lined by the sea. We were booked in the huts with partial sea view, however were upgraded to full premier huts, the sea from our balcony and French windows for no extra cost. The place is quaint and an idyllic get away from the crazy baga and calangute. The service staff is excellent. The food is very North Indian , as the chefs from Chandigarh . Would love them to add some Goan food to their menu..Highly recommended.

I found review of this resort on TripAdvisor. Even after nearly perfect score, I was a bit worried to book it for my honeymoon trip. I still went for the
resort for booking, and I was not at all disappointed with the decision. I had made the booking by directly contacting the reservation office, I explained them my requirement and they were able to provide me the reservation. That negotiation was the only difficult part :). When I commenced my trip every thing was very smooth. I was sent a car for pickup from airport (that was included in the Package I opted). Checkin was smooth. I was given my preferred room (that I selected based on room tips) which gave me sea view as well as pool view. The staff was very friendly, always smiling and ready to help. They assisted in every aspect we required and even assured us of help more than they were bound to.
The only con I would say is it was on very interior, where we would never have reached without Google maps. But that I can expect from a beach facing property, so that I can ignore. Moreover people there are very friendly and always ready to help and give the directions :).
The stay there was very comforting, free from hassles. The housekeeping would take care of all our needs. They helped us to get a car on very low rent. The housekeeping guy would daily clean that car. The food was amazing, we had breakfast and dinner in our package. The breakfast was great and had many options. They had cold as well as hot buffet. Apart from that they also served coffees, shakes in the buffet. The dinner was also great, although there were a few choices but I have tried almost all and all were fantastic. Speaking of food, I can't forget to mention the server at the hotel, Anthony. Everybody there kept a smile but this guy is exceptional, and after a stay of a couple of days, he always knew what we wanted. Like he always used to come with a Tea after breakfast(which my wife always wished after meals :)).
On my request they changed my drop location from airport to some other place in South Goa as a complimentary gesture.
Over all it was a great stay, and would definitely love to stay at the place again anytime.

Ozran Heights is located in Vagator which is a little way away from the usual Baga stretch that one has got used to. So if you are more keen on
being in the Baga area then staying at Vagator will mean that you should be prepared for a 25 minute scooter ride to get to the Baga side of Goa.
Ozran Heights had just opened when we stayed there eighteen months ago so we were a bit apprehensive but looking forward to it as well since we were tired of the usual Baga partying. The first time you go to Ozran, it might be difficult to find so better to get the hotel folks to send you a cab. But what a lovely location this is! It is located on a hill top which overlooks the blue ocean for miles and miles. Breakfast is in their restaurant that overlooks the ocean and since the property is at a height, one has to crane over and look down to see the rocky beach.
The place itself has independent cottages that seem like pre-fab wooden structures which are not very noise insulated. But we did not mind. The cottages are well appointed with decent bathrooms which is all we care about. The views from the cottages were stunning as well since they looked out on the ocean.
Close to Ozran is Thalassa and all the other Vagator attractions which are good to do so no worries about being away from the action. Breakfast every morning was adequate and that was the only meal we would eat at Ozran during the day so cannot say much about the menu of the place. However the staff was extremely courteous with giving us a list of restaurants to visit close to Ozran and since it was the beginning of off season, they would call and find out which ones were open so we did not have to waste time with that process.
All in all we were extremely happy with the service and experience at Ozran and would definitely recommend this to anyone willing to experiment with locations around Goa.

Ozran heights is extremely pretty with a really nice view and all the good joints close by like Thallasa and Waters. Extremely good restaurant serving delicious north Indian food. The
restaurant staff was extremely nice and effecient.
But I have a big complaint regarding the reception manager. He was rude and when we asked him for a room upgrade, he said its really expensive at 6000 giving us the look like you'll can't afford it. Also when we were inquiring for a cab, he was like we have to check out at 11, unnecessary information because we never asked him for a late check out. He was really rude and unfit to be athe the reception

It was end of March end and we spent 2 nights at this really sweet place!!! we were with our two kids and had to be accommodated with us as
they were not comfortable staying in another adjacent cottage ...this place does not have any interconnected rooms , only independent cottages. Now the problem was, my husband wanted the front sea-view cottages, but they were smaller in size while the back row 'grand' cottages are bigger in size but have partial sea view!! The hotel was really considerate and offered us the Cottage no 1, which was the first of the back row cottages, that was really well-sized, with views of the pool and the sea!!!
The room was nice and smartly dressed..with a large bed and a small sitting area inside as well on the outside verandah. The toilet were well aired, spacious and nice.
The location of this property was unbeatable, right next to Thalassa, perched on a cliff overlooking the small vagator beach!! And of course the same stunning sunset views as Thalasssa!!!! Secondly its well-connected to all the happening restaurants and joints in Goa.
The food especially Indian tandoori was out of the world...we ate everyday 1 meal at the hotel be it room service or at the open air restaurant. We saw many people especially come down for lunch/dinner at the hotel.
The pool was small and clean, perfect for kids to splash about and swim. Again overlooked the beach. Only minus would be many guests using it together...
the lady at the reception and the gentleman at the restaurant were really courteous and hospitable. She would arrange whatever we needed, be it the laundry, taxi hire...just anything really fast. The restaurant arranged special breakfast for me as I have gluten and dairy allergies, everyday without being told so.
Had an amazing stay and cheers to the entire team at Ozran.

This resort is new and is located in small vagator beach. the cottages are spacious and clean with a quaint balcony to sip your drink while watching the sunset. The swimming pool though is a sweet sight, it is a disappointment to actually swim in it as its small with a little too much chlorine...but who needs the pool when you have a big wide ocean right there waiting for you. The food is north indian cuisine and its good.
