Over the Ramazan ID weekend me and my wife stayed at Ozran. On reaching the place I Kwai blown away to see the place was as the picture promised. Simply amazing, with 14 huts lined by the sea. We were booked in the huts with partial sea view, however were upgraded to full premier huts, the sea from our balcony and French windows for no extra cost. The place is quaint and an idyllic get away from the crazy baga and calangute. The service staff is excellent. The food is very North Indian , as the chefs from Chandigarh . Would love them to add some Goan food to their menu..Highly recommended.

Resort is very beautiful and well maintained, location is the main USP of the resort, but its very far to find out if u are travelling in two wheeler and a single couple,u need to come early to the resort at night as the roads are dark and lonely, food and staff were ok ok not good not bad,can stay once for the sake of location and view only.

We were Sceptical while booking this resort. However, we had read some positive reviews on TripAdvisor (friends of friends) and hence decided to take a chance. We went during the
monsoons and therefore the quality of the resort / room was important since we might spend a lot of time in the resort. We took a beach facing cottage. From the moment we stepped into the cottage, we were relieved...the views were stunning...the roaring Arabian Sea and dark monsoon clouds covering the horizon!
The room itself was neatly done up. Not very spacious but enough for a couple. The service was quick and efficient. Everyone had a smile on their faces. The restaurant service was outstanding. They have one restaurant inside the resort and it serves only Indian food.
The resort is situated on a cliff and hence access to the beach below is a little tricky. However, it's all part of the fun...walking down the rocky slopes you reach an almost empty beach except for one shack (off-season). Right next to the entrance to the resort is the famous Thalassa restaurant. Sadly, it was closed because of the monsoons!
All the cottages are wooden. Hence there are the inevitable small bugs but nothing really bad. However, if you have a major problem if you see insects or the occasional baby cockroach, avoid! :-)
I would also suggest a re-look at the breakfast menu. It was too limited and repetitive.
All in all, I would definitely recommend this place.

One of a jewel which is hidden in Vagator beach. The property is small in size but it has amazing view from the room over looking the great Vagator beach which i feel is one of the cleanest beach in GOA. The food is not that great but have some really good option next door. Swimming pool is small but again the view is soo good one can just let go all other amenities. The cottage are clean, neat, and very nice to stay in. I would highly recon that you stay over taking the beach view cottage and i am sure you will have a good time with the view.

Recommended by a friend whose batch mate owns the hotel, I stayed here on the weekend of 5 Sep, it is a small but lovely property out in the open and i loved my little cottage, which has a full blown view of the sea from the porch. The property is well kept, however just a few small things here and there should be taken care of, which will make it even better. The bathing area has rotting wood due to the water and has slime, now I am no expert but that does not speak well of the maintenance. The phone lines were down on and off and the internet was perpetually out due to the bad weather, I expected to be advised of this as and when i arrived. Also, on a few occasions we had to constantly remind the front desk about the requests we made, for ex: reminders about water we had asked for, providing us with a bin in the room and assistance with the blinds on the porch. They didnt look short staffed, but a little adherence to customer service goes well appreciated by all. They have a nice restaurant, but it serves only one type of cuisine, so after a day we had to go out of the hotel for alternative options. Despite the few things here and there, its a lovely place to relax and enjoy with family and friends. I hope they use the feedback to improve on their services as they have a lot of potential to be an excellent hotel.
