No complaints for this one!
The room isn't that big but we don't mind, we have a balcony! The room is clean too.
We also appreciate that the dinner buffet has a variety of food such as salads, pasta and FISH! My family just love fish of any kind than the unhealthy meat such as pork, beef or chicken.
Too bad the spa was closed when we were there. I was hoping to be able to work out and get a massage or use their sauna during that cold and snowy spring day.
Otherwise, the location is nice, just 20 minutes walk to Coop supermarket and the hotel staff is helpful. Oh and the lobby looks modern. And the Italian restaurant in the basement is very pricey, but food is okay.

If you're after a reasonably priced Hotel, with very friendly and helpful staff, in a great location (right next to the free bus stop), with great views, easy walks to 2 lakes, and amazingly good food (with a choice of 7 restaurants!!!!!) and out of the ghastly concrete jungle of glitz and glitch that is St Moritz, this is your place.
But please don't tell too many people: we don't want it to be full next time we want to go there ...

St Moritz is an expensive place to stay and/or ski, so I did not expect luxury for the price. Having said that, this hotel could do with a little more pizzazz. My (single) room was comfortable, although its basic pine furniture looked dated and shouted "budget". The hotel does offer several restaurants (including Japanese) in the basement, and I enjoyed a terrific fondue there. That about sums it up - a comfortable place to sleep, with a good choice of food if you want to stay in, or if the blizzard means you can't go out.
