Excellent rooms, very courteous hospitality and great food. The hosts Mrs & Mr Singh were extremely warm and the staff was very helpful as well. The property location is top
notch and the surroundings are serene. We were in a suite overlooking the lake and it was therapeutic - needless to say.The rooms were fresh, clean and well kept. Totally recommend for all travellers to Udaipur. The rooms are 4 star quality and high standard. The hosts were good guides to give tips on local sight seeing and regional travel as well. Transportation to and from the airport was organised by the hosts - no problem at all. Most importantly, clean, safe and secure.

Great hospitality full of warmth and courtesy. Extremely courteous owners who went out of their way to look after us, especially considering that my wife fell ill and needed to
be looked after.
Amazing location with breathtaking views of the lake, excellent conceirge service and travel tips offered by the people there.
Would love to go back again there, anytime.

This was my first trip to Udaipur and I loved staying here. The rooms are very nice. The food was excellent esp the mutton items though a little expensive. Breakfast is extremely meagre though - i'd have liked bigger portions. The view from the hotel is beautiful as well. The service was prompt, efficient and helpful. We were three women travelling alone and at no time did we feel uncomfortable.

We had been to Udaipur for 2D/1N stay and we had put up in Lake View Villa and trust me I was pinning for a day or two more.Such was the satisfaction. We were too wasted from the road-trip and Lake View Villa provided just what we needed-a refreshing stay!! Off-season rates are usually slashed so struck quite a deal there with the Maharani Suite.Check out the clicks and you will for sure know what I mean!!

Important things first - the rooms were very clean. This is my top priority when choosing somewhere to stay in India. Additionally, we had a beautiful view of the lake
from our bedroom.
In my opinion this place is more like a small hotel than a real homestay judging from the way it is run. This means it has some advantages such as a relatively large and pretty garden, pleasant sitting and dining areas, a lift and beverages (for an additional charge) were available at all times. However the downside for me was that it almost became too efficient and business-like. Like other reviewers I thought dinner was fairly basic and pricey. I also found the breakfast portions on the meagre side and craved to have some fruit or fruit juice with it. In comparison to other homestays I found the breakfast choice here uninspiring.
Finally I thought the chef and staff were delightful. Thank you to them.
Cleartrip’s hotel ratings take into account numerous factors such as independent rating systems like FHRAI, media recognition and post-trip feedback from our customers. We make all attempts to keep this information up to date, but cannot guarantee service levels at the hotel to be consistent.
