This resort, spread across 2.49 acres is situated close to the beach, and was built ten years back by the Department of Tourism. Now taken over by The Renaissance Cochin, it is one of the few resorts in Kerala that enjoys proximity to the sea. Reside in four separate cottages which houses 16 well-appointed guest rooms equipped with all modern facilities.
