kids engaged in some kind of nature craft for most part of the day. So that, tired mothers could REALLY put their feet up!! :-)
Food and Beverage is great with chefs originating from 'Delhi', to enjoy the wonderful 'Mughlai cuisine'

this resort based on one review from trip advisor..
Overall the experience was good..
Positive:-
-Nice scenic place
-Golf-somethign highly recommended especially for beginners
-Food is okay
-Nice cottages
-Good staff but the service could be a little better
-Value for money-Cost us Rs. 5500 per day (~134 USD)
Negatives:-
-I and my husband are very fond of trying the local cuisine where ever we go...unless u specifically ask for it the resort does not cook any local food sadely
-Approach- we took a train from chennia to mysore and a taxi from there. Mysore-Coorg travel is a little expensive. Advisable to have your own transport or else getting out of the resort is expensive.

2 night stay got extended to 4 nights says a lot about the place! Overall, we believe this is one of the best resorts in south India. We intend to keep visiting this place and are already recommending this place to friends and family. We take back many memories of the place and are already missing the tranquility of the place. We look forward to the next vacation at Kadkani.
(1) My wife started learning painting…….a lifelong wish of hers!
(2) Though I am not a novice to golf, I picked up many tips from the golf coach Mandanna, who I believe is very well regarded in the country.
(3) My 2 kids, aged 9 and 5, fell in love with the place. They were literally pampered by the resort staff. They enjoyed the activities around the resort – paddle boating, coffee plantation trekking, picnic down Cauvery river, etc.
(4) Very friendly staff. We got to know some of them really well over the 5 days we stayed there.
(5) Good vegetarian food that suited our Gujarathi tastes.
(6) Great views; surrounded by nature. Enjoyed the morning walks in the mist (see pic).
(7) The cottage was elegant and well worth the price. We stayed in a duplex villa sort of cottage. It had all amenities including a TataSky connection that kept us in touch with world happenings.
(8) Very feeble mobile signal. This made the once-in-a-year vacation well worth. Who wants to be distributed by office colleagues on a vacation. The wife and kids were overjoyed by this! Needless to say, I had to rely on the hotel landline to stay in touch with my office……….but, only once a day.
(9) Great Christmas party.
