I stayed at this hotel on business for 8 days in February. Overall I had a great experience at this hotel:
Location: As I was there for business it was a quick 15 minute drive to the office so worked great for me. In addition, on the weekend I spent a little time sight seeing and Charminar, Lumbini Park and other sights were a very close drive as well. In addition, it's across the street from the lake so if you want to watch a nice sunset at night just head up to the patio of the rooftop lounge/restaurant. The area seems fine but security is heavy as the entire hotel is gated and cars are checked on arrival as well as bags scanned before entering the hotel so that's an extra layer of comfort for anyone concerned with safety.
Rooms: I had a regular room with a king size bed and it was very spacious, comfortable and clean. The bathroom was decent size and the shower was excellent. It had a regular shower option as well as the rain shower option. Turn down service was a nice touch every day. They have switches on the wall to request service or do not disturb which I thought was really convenient (rather than hanging a sign on your door everyday).
Service: The service was second to none! First, everyone was SO polite and helpful. Room service always told me 30 minutes and always arrived within 30 minutes. All of the staff seemed to genuinely want to help you and went out of their way to ensure you were comfortable. One of the gentlemen who delivered food to my room noticed I was sick (coughing/stuffy nose etc) and asked if there was anything he could do to help me. I declined. An hour later the front desk called and asked if I'd like for them to bring me medicine for my cold. So impressive. At breakfast, the waiters were so attentive and the cooks at the stations were always ready to cook for you they even asked my coworker if they could make him a few Indian dishes for him to try, he said they tasted amazing. Seriously everyone from the man in the front of the hotel who greets and helps you into your car every morning to the cooks were amazing.
Food: The breakfast buffet cannot be overlooked even if you are only there for 1 night. I've never experienced a breakfast buffet like this at any hotel. The selection is incredibly large; there are so many hot as well as cold options. The spread is a good combination of traditional Indian and western. In addition, all of the "cook to order" stations (pancakes, omelets, crepes) are part of the price, they do not cost extra. Room service was good as well and reasonably priced.
I will definitely stay here again when back in Hyderabad.

I would have no hesitations recommending someone considering staying here to go for it. Staff is very welcoming and helpful. Food options are good (nice cafe in the lobby for working/meetings/coffee moments; Okra buffet is very good). Accommodations are "as one would expect" for this hotel - which is to say, quite nice. Not 5-star luxury, but clean, comfortable, up-to-date without being modern - just well done and as it should be.

This hotel is not the newest and lacks some of fancy touches of others but does everything you expect well. The breakfast choices and presentation is very good. I personally found the staff to be the friendliest I had experienced in India and always willing to help. It might have been my room but the phone system was not great and I could not find a directory. There are other newer hotels Hyderabad but this hotel is hard to fault. They do have events on a regular basis and some rooms are impacted upon by noise up to +/- 11.00 pm.

Overall we were happy with our stay. Check-in was a breeze. Breakfast was a very good spread and service was great.
Rooms were comfortable and well maintained.
They served free drinks and snacks in one of the restaurants during the evening hours. The view of the lake overhead from the restaurant was a delight.
Getting local transport from outside was easy, though the auto fellows try and fleece you if they see you walking out from the hotel.
I'd stay there again if I visited Hyderabad.

The hotel does not help in carrying your luggage. Entering the hotel is a pain if u have a luggage to carry, as u have to climb 5 stairs with it. The rooms smell bad, the resin provided was that it was closer to the lake. The shower is pretty slow like a small tap.. I do not recommend any one to use this hotel.
