Mariott is the place that comes to my mind when i plan either for a weekend leisure stay or for a business meeting....nothing can beat when it comes to their
hospitality n ofcourse the food.... the executive lounge is my fav spot to unwind after a hard day .....ambience ...service is unmatchable....one of my fav is Moses .....who is extermely helpful ..serves with a satisfaction......thxs for those lovely relaxed evenings moses...keeep up the good job ..... 3 cheers !!!!!

This is old Hotel Viceroy purchased by Marriott & renamed. So if you are one of those travelers, who would like to stay write in down-town & would like to have a view of Husain Sagar (if you get a lake view room) or if you are hardcore Marriott loyalist, then this is the place for you.

I've stayed at this property a number of times. The positive (and it's a big positive) is the staff, everyone is very helpful and friendly and that is one
of the most important things so good job there. Also a positive is the bedding which Marriott also gets correct.
The negatives are the building itself is showing it's age and the biggest negative are the outsourced services the hotel offers, from airport pick-up which was subpar in my experience, to the spa which is a mess. If you are looking for a standard business hotel this property is fine, just don't expect five star global standard amenities.

I had a horrible experience on 19 apr 14 at Hotel Marriott Hyderabad, where my wife was served with a alcoholic drink instead of a mocktail due to which she was about to lose her life.the hotel staff is pretty casual and is highly ill trained.the staff was reluctant in giving me GM's number.the staff at the front desk was more concerned about the commission for getting the medicine.the hotel restaurant cleanliness was of low standard as compared to other hotels of the same class in the city.
