was not given a receipt - probably evading tax - which I didn't like. I could not try the food since that had to be ordered well in advance and they seemed a bit hesitant to prepare it. I was suggested to go to another nearby hotel - Hirkani Gardens - for breakfast. Rooms were clean. Hot water available only for couple of hours in the morning.

I have been to this Hotel/Inn for at two times, with my RoyalEnfield club guys. Location is quite good and so is ambiance. Staff is very friendly and always smiling.

Rooms are pretty spacious, and there are a few duplex rooms too - perfect for family stays. Bathrooms were clean and well maintained. There is a small open place enough for 50+/- person's party/bonfire. Panchagani/Mahabaleshwar markets are within 10km span. TVs were old, but working. Food was good including starters.

2013 with Family
1) I booked this hotel from ClearTrip 10 days in advance.
2) Don’t except someone will come to pick up your luggage on your arrived here.
3) Reception is in very bad state and nobody will be there to welcome you, you need to shout badly to call somebody to get your room. After 10 minutes somebody will come, and then he will call his manager and proceed further.
4) Rooms are very bad and not hygienic, you will find a lot of Cockroaches and other insects inside the room.
5) Hotel is far away from Mahabaleshwar (6 Km) and hotel don’t have their transport.
6) TV’s are very old without Remote and best part of it , Only 4 to 5 free channels available.
7) At the time of power failure you need get the help of Candles. (Candles are provided us proactively by Hotel mgmt..)
8) They don’t have their dedicated restaurant, if you order the food ( again you need to shout for a person to get the order) it will ordered in nearby restaurant .
I can write 100 bad thing about this hotel.. but don’t have that much time.

No TV found working / they are all outdated.
And if you are thinking of giving feedback while checkout, no manager available at that point as well, you will find only couple of boys who do the room service, who are not equipped to make any decisions.
Don't suggest this hotel at all.
