Last weekend we have visited Hotel Ravikiran, I found best hotel i have ever visited. Swimming pool is neat and clean. food quality is also very good. staff is also co-operative.We have taken pool side super deluxe room which is fantastic.It was good experience to stay there.

Convenient location, excellent food, very friendly staff, value for money experience.it is surprising for me to see the previous comments on this hotel as when I went there it was a fantastic experience to stay.

The food, the staff and the room service was great. Initially planned the 1 night stay bookings via Lala Tours, Mumbai. But their costings were too steep and almost cancelled the plan.
Evidently, I called the registered office directly (Neelam) +91-22-2568 6138 / +91-22-2568 3071 and made bookings for 14adults & 7 children. She was generous enough to give a discount on the group booking.
Overall, a 40-50% reduction compared to the rates quoted by the travel agent.
1) Avoid travel agents when possible
2) Book rooms with the hotel directly
3) Prefer travel via PNP catamaran services compared to Maldaar services

We stayed in poolside deluxe room on 26th January. Hotel is located almost 2 KM from the beach. Good and clean hotel. Excellent food. Swimming pool was also very clean. Only thing we did not like was for breakfast , there were only few choices.

The worst experience to stay in RaviKiran as it scares you once you enter into the room. One can find cockroaches everywhere to welcome you. Bathroom stinks and almirah/fridge are accompanied by leftovers from previous guest. AC and exhaust noise won't let you sleep thorughout the night. It's a complete waste of money and time to stay there.
