A touch difficult to find (it's up a hill near the jetty behind the bazaar) but easy enough once you know where it is. Also extremely convenient to the ferry office and jetty for boat to the islands (big advantage point). The rooms are clean enough and quiet enough with tv and air con. Breakfast downstairs isn't much and in a dingy room but that is standard for many hotels in the price bracket. One gripe is the incredibly early checkout time - now 7am (they claim it's due to the ferry arrival times) but used to be 8am. Although to be fair, most hotels in Port Blair have similar checkout times (but 7am was the earliest!).

smell which comes from a storage shed nearby. The wifi of the hotel was slow. There is also no marine view per se as the hotel is on a regular road close to the jetty. Overall it was value for money!

tariffs are over priced taking into account the quality and facilities available. The quality of complimentary break fast served are also not up to mark. There are only two varieties of break fast available.Other foods including tea are at least 25% over priced keeping in view the quality of food served.The staffs are although very good have not professionally trained in the line .

from this, second Port Blair really does not have long list of good budget.
well first I would like to tell you bad things of this hotel - room were not very clean, bed sheet were used before, you may ask to change, worst part is 7.00 am check out which is really annoying however there breakfast serves at 7.30, so u need to check out first and than check in again for breakfast, I really do not understood this concept although all hotels in Port Blair have same check out time. Now come to the breakfast - well I really do not want to write something bad about this but writing you what i had it there. they served only puri n sabji, no eggs or omelette, toast but with no batter, and tea, you might have to wait a long to get breakfast.
Now I really want to say something good about this hotel. The best part of this hotel is close to the Jetty service to Havelock, if you have morning 6 am boat than you can visit Jetty boarding point in ten min by walk. second good thing about this hotel is they give you free internet service which is really nice to connect with rest of the world where your phone might not work properly.
