more money than we did in the rest of India. However, Kwality was reasonably good quality, clean with good air conditioning. It's located in a loud district so being ear plugs. Staff very helpful. We had breakfast delivered to our room on one occasion which was ok. There was a security man on the door all the time and we felt very safe in this hotel. For a stay in Delhi we'd definitely recommend staying here.

one hour for the taxi. Charged 3 times higher than the normal prepaid taxi from the airport.
Staff was fine and helpful. But they dont speak english at all.
Hot water didnt work, couple of times we had to ask them to switch on. Daytime due to a maintanance work from morning to evening we hadnt any water!!!!! We stayed at the standard room, shower was broken, so we had to use a bucket to take a shower!! The floor in the room was dirty.

and aircon which we both did not use but we could if we wanted. Good:: in the evening there is an official securitymember at the door. During the night there are also people awake so good security. There was plenty of warm water. We got soap,toiletpaper and towels. The bedsheets were clean. The reception did not bother us trying to saell tours etc.Bad: I have 32 bites all over my body. I was wearing a tight shirt at night and killed an animal walking underneath kt. So it wasn't a mosquito. My partner in the other bed did not have bites but was lying in his sleepingbag. There are men sleeping in the lobby. I did not mind but some people will.

one breakfest (for two persons?) and tea instead of coffee! We got no fridge, our food were ruin, air-conditioning were switch off in our room!!!
Some receptionsmans were nice, but two mans were arrogant.
Over cleanliness i don´t write...we have selfmade, with paper...
We got never water free, never welcome gifts...nothings
We were very, very disappointed, fotos from inside hotel is a fake.
We have evidence fotos. We don´t recommend this hotel.

they charged me Rs 250 per night extra which were not mentioned anywhere not on clear trip nor in the hotel.They told me about the charges on the 6th night and didnt let me choose whether i want to use the services not. I had to pay for it...Towels are dirty linens are not clean..Food it takes them atleast 35 mins to serve after you order and in there morning pick hours over an hour...Dont take your room on the ground floor as there is a lot of noise at the reception area by the employees seating over there...Arakashan Road is full of hotels and i think there were better hotels on the same street..Towels are dirty linens are not clean..The best part of the hotel was WIFI speed..
