Bed and Breakfast
The perfect place to stay for a couple looking for an inexpensive, safe stay. Away from the Road and much closer to the beach, it is a little inside from the main road to the beach. All the rooms are same only difference was the Ac.

first if you know goa then you understand the prices ! the best room is 1350 and its clean and it has air con and a telly, the windows all have nets so if you dont keep the door open at mosquito time then you wont Get bit.
its about 2 mins walking on a road with shops to the beach , 2 of them , so very easy acces and in a brilliant location, 9 bar hilltop and primrose are all in 5 mins travel by bike
unless you spend 3000 rupees a night you wont truly ever get luxury but for 800 for a standard clean fan room with tv and fridge is pretty good going,.
its not a hotel either its a guesthouse with rooms so comparing it to a hotel is wrong
my only issue is with noisy Russians who are ignorant and rude but thats not romas problem its everyone's
passports are taken to get photocopied for the c form and its actually in your interest of safety to do it
paying in advance is normal worldwide
frankly your review is wrong and detrimental to hard working people who are trying to make a living , its no excuse to outright lie and anyone who knows north goa will back up the fact that your info is wrong
this place is fine for the amount you will pay

Bed and Breakfast
The website makes this hotel look A LOT better than it really is and the description of it as an "Alice in Wonderland experience" is a huge exaggeration to say the least. We booked a "Deluxe Cottage" which in reality was a small dark room with a tiny window, had no mosquito nets (these were provided in other places we stayed in India) and there were bugs in the bedroom and bathroom (the rooms were supposedly "neat and airy"). The towels provided looked like they had been left there by the last guest. They insisted on keeping our passports overnight in order to make a photocopy which didn't make us feel very safe at all.
The beach was meant to be a "walk down the village path" but in reality this road leads to a part of the beach which is un-equipped and you have to climb over rocks to get to the main part. There is another route through overgrown grassland which is not such a pleasant walk and Vagator beach, where it is located, is nothing to write home about.
We were there in high season and paid a very high price for the room but we thought this was standard for the season. We soon realised when we arrived that there were much better properties right on the beach and a lot cheaper for the same period. We booked 6 nights in this hotel in advance and were forced to pay up the full amount front weeks before arrival.. that should have been a warning sign! We felt cheated and were so disappointed with the place that we left after the first night without any refund.
We stayed in 7 hotels on our trip to India and the level of this hotel compared to the others was much, much lower and terrible value.
Cleartrip’s hotel ratings take into account numerous factors such as independent rating systems like FHRAI, media recognition and post-trip feedback from our customers. We make all attempts to keep this information up to date, but cannot guarantee service levels at the hotel to be consistent.
