Just turned up and booked in as previously in 2000, with no pre booking. Booked out to travel on, and pre booked for return. The young boss is a great ... more person that you can negotiate with! Room carpets are getting a bit tatty, but rooms are still very comfortable. Good breakfast and evening meal menu. Very nice staff who do the very best to make you pleased! Traffic noise from the main road right next to Ganga, some of us like it. Exellently located for walking on foot to everything you are likely to need, and a rikshaw will always stop outside to take you anywhere locally when you dont want to walk. Good tourist taxi office nearby. This hotel is a very handy place at a fair price and makes an exellent first night starting point and "base camp" for travelling the area.
