i love that hotel for the location and atmoshphare. intially we got trable due to location as it is approx 3 km before the manali. so when i reached manali i found that we had crossed the hotel . then again came back to hotel @ 9PM. i & my wife and My friend and his wife thought that we will leave the hotel tomorrow however in the moring we found that the place was very good . and we stayed there for 3 nights. You have to take the food from the hotel . as it is in the village and 3 km away from main manali.

I booked Premium Suite in the Hotel from 07-11 Jun 2010. The experinece was terrible. At the time of Chek In, myself and my family were welcomed by a Strong Stench in the rooms. The Hotel is claimed to be 3 star but it lacks the basic amenities. The hygiene and maintenance is poor. There is lot of reluctance for providing anything in the room except tea and evening snacks. The bathroom was giving foul smell as if the sewerage is blocked. You need to run around to catch hold of the service personnel. Alternatively, you have to use your mobile phone as there is no telephone provided in the room. There is a callbell provided outside the room which means you have to get up and go outside for pressing the bell. The call bell does not work in absence of electricity. There is no room sevice menu available. There is no power backup available.
I do not know how this Hotel is being claimed as 3 star Hotel!!
I feel cheated/deceived as I did not get any value for money. In fact I spoiled my peace of mind by selecting this Hotel.
Cleartrip’s hotel ratings take into account numerous factors such as independent rating systems like FHRAI, media recognition and post-trip feedback from our customers. We make all attempts to keep this information up to date, but cannot guarantee service levels at the hotel to be consistent.
