After reading the review from Del71London I was a little concerned about our end of season stay but we found the staff to be very friendly. Breakfast was comprehensive - they are more skilled at preparing a "continental" offering than an "english cooked" breakfast. We were in room 401 and found it spacious and comfortable, easily accomodating 3 of us. Our room was very warm so we opened windows every night and slept well but there seems to be a lot going on in Champoluc at 7am and we were often woken by deisel engines idling noisily outside. On the day we left we descovered this to be the hotel's own Land Rover which was parked inexplicably outside the hotel with the engine running? Despite this one critisism, we would happily stay in Champoluc again and would definately recommend the Breithorn.

I've been there with my wife and I found the nicest hotel I've ever been in the italian mountains. It was really an unforgettable experience: warm atmosphere, delicious food, impeccable personnel and a great beautiful old building perfectly restored.
I enjoyed 2 magnificent days of great relax !

We stayed here for 6 nights (bed & breakfast) during easter and we are really satisfied with our stay and would recommend this highly to anyone looking for a hotel in Champoluc. The service was good and friendly through out the hotel. The standard of the rooms was good with comfortable beds with great duvets. Location was perfect with only a five minute walk to the lift. The breakfast was very good to be in Italy. We really enjoyed our stay at Breithorn. The only negative thing that we would like to comment is that there was only wifi in the lobby and restaurant and not in the rooms.
Cleartrip’s hotel ratings take into account numerous factors such as independent rating systems like FHRAI, media recognition and post-trip feedback from our customers. We make all attempts to keep this information up to date, but cannot guarantee service levels at the hotel to be consistent.
