I have hosted a business gathering of 200+ people. The location is in the heart of the city. Situated in the 5th floor. Restaurant ambiance and food are good. But the banquet hall is slightly small. It could exactly accommodate 200 guests. We had a theater style seating. Food is good. Service is also nice. For drinking water small mineral water bottles were provided which is the USP of the hotel.
Ms. Kavitha is the Banquet Manager.

stayed in this hotel for 2 nights in one of their deluxe rooms. they told me the rack rates were Rs. 5000 and gave 50% discount.
good points: helpful reception, they even let me use their reception computer to do my own official work.
cleanliness was just acceptable
unfortunately everything good ends here
weird and shady side entrance
the whole hotel was poorly lit and dark
towels had a weird smell
aircon doesn't work well
poor service, you need to call up twice or thrice for anything you want.
wornout bathroom-broken tiles, toilet flush breaking and falling off (see pic)
mearge breakfast (see pic)
sorry can't recomend this hotel

this is neelkanth stay in ghost house "Bhaskar plaza" my friend has stay with his family and I am the booker of my friend booking. he has young girl with his family . i am sorry to say but the hotel staf specialy at front office they are using very bad language with his girl even they dont know how to speak with the ladies there is no manager at front desk . when we came before 3 - month ago some good staff was ther but now no one is there for look forward the guest. "THIS IS A REQUEST THAT IF YOU HAVE FAMILY SPECIALY YOUG GIRL SO PLEASE GO GO IN THIS HOTEL BECOUSE IN THE NIGHT TIME THE HOTEL BECOME OR IT OTHER LANGUAGE IT IS JUST A NIGHT CLUB SO OUR FAMILY IS NOT SAFE THERE."
