having arrived a day later in Pune than planned, and not booked anywhere else. Was referred here by business associates. We paid Rs. 2.7K inclusive of taxes (standard 17.5%) for single a/c rooms.Good decent rooms with clean linen, clean floors, good a/c, working TV with individual set top boxes, decent bathrooms, working fixtures (hot water takes some time, but once started is plentiful), welcome feel to the whole room. Front office was warm and welcoming even though we arrived at like 3 in the morning. No fuss, no confusions, check in within 10 minutes and we were settled in less than 20 minutes. No lifts, but only 2 floors and I had no problem climbing. No restaurant in this Hotel, but can walk-through a connecting passage to the Ashish Plaza restaurant. Food here was decent with sufficient selection - veg menu being better than the non-veg menu. Staff was okay, although the kitchen was some distance away in the main building and so took time to bring each time. Not a big issue. Overall, very, very decent value for money deal. Ashish Plaza next door, will set you back by Rs. 5K. Definitely will stay again as long as they maintain it that way.

rooms are spacious and I had a room with a balcony ..excellent to enjoy your morning tea. Breakfast buffet is complimentary - the usual Indian fare, but no doubt good to start your day with!! The biggest negative being the choice of room-service food menu, you have only a few dishes to choose from, can't say about the restaurant menu. To sum it up, good place to stay if you are in Pune on business trip as you will find most destinations equi-distant from this place.
