I booked the complete hotel for 5 days (from 6th dec,12 to 10th dec,12) for marriage purpose and was dissppointed to see its poor services.
Any service will require a continuous request for more den 5 times and dat too will b done after an hr when ur temper goes out of control.
Less number of luggage boy and at times you will have to pick up luggage urself to ur room.
ambience is good but catering system is very poor.
after asking several times for cleaning room and provide regular water, it was done after an hr when i had to go to reception n stand there till they sent a guy.

It is good hotel to stay.....Rooms are of good size however very small bathrooms. overall hotel is in good condition......restaurant is having good ambiance and friendly staff......Location is good....looking at the facilities, price is not justified....means not value for money.......

The deal was for Deluxe bedroom with Double bed, but they provided us with Single beds which were later joined to make up a double bed. The space in between was very uncomfortable and ruined our sleep. The food was above expectations but the service was very slow and disappointing. In such months of peek seasons, this kind of service is not acceptable by 3 star hotel. The bathrooms did not have proper sanitation, the location of the hotel is very secluded. It was somewhat waste of money.

Good hotel,interiors but staff is very rude.Food is OK but try to eat at any other place.When we order our dinner in the room it take more than 2 hrs.service is very poor.The hotel is new but walls are falling.paint has gone.Try to avoid this hotel

We went for a small vacation for two days which i think i wasted just because we are staying in this hotel. We were having a voucher from make my trip in which welcome drink and breakfast was included, welcome drink was not offered when we asked for that, we are told by reception to call make my trip, then at the time of breakfast they, said, breakfast can not be given at your room, and you have to be down for breakfast before 10:30..DISGUSTING THEY HAVE SPOILED OUR WEEKEND COMPLETELY, I NEVER SUGGEST ANYBODY TO VISIT THIS HOTEL. UNTIL THEY TAUGHT SOME MANNERS TO THEIR STAFF TO AT LEAST KEEP SMILING FACES. i m regular customer of make my trip..but this experience is worst,,the front office people was really worst not at all smiling faces, not even feeling like wishing if somebody entered..
