Hotel is located very close to central train station.
All shopping areas and restaurants are easy reachable - only 3-4 min walk.
Hotel is renovated. Rooms are small but clean.
This is 3 star hotel and it is good value for money.
Very reach breakfast.

I stayed for one night at the Best Western Hotel in Leipzig in December 2014. I needed a hotel that would be close to the railway station, and this one
fitted the bill perfectly. My room was on the 7th floor, but only the first 6 floors were lift accessible, so the remaining floor I had to access via stairs, which was slightly problematic as I was dragging a 25kg suitcase.
My room was small but very cosy, the bed was extremely comfortable and I very much enjoyed my stay there. The breakfast was very good and the staff were friendly and helpful. If you need to stay in central Leipzig near to the main train station, then I would recommend this hotel to you. The hotel is located in the opposite of the central station, very convenient to reach. It takes about 3-5 mins to the shopping street in the old town. .
The stuff is good and helpful. Room is very small, but in general quite comfortable. Breakfast is good too.

For what we paid I suppose I cannot complain!
Whilst we had to pay for car parking this hotel is easy to fine and near the central station.
Room very small, and as for the bathroom, you could only turn round in this.
No food at night, but breakfast was okay

I recently spent 10 days at this Hotel.
I was given a family room as I had an infant with me and the room was spacious and well laid out.
I was disappointed in the lack of interest and care from the Hotel Staff. With the exception of one young man who went out of his way to help, the rest were completely disinterested and even seemed put out by small requests such as " warming the baby's food for 20 seconds in their microwave!" On a number of occasions I was struggling to get a pram out of their very heavy door- as their revolving one was broken- they would just stand and watch me- no offer of assistance - ever!
The final straw was after a 10 day stay I was reading their information file in the room. It clearly states that checkout time is 12 o clock but if required a late check out could be requested, With a one year ole who was now sick, I went down to the reception and requested a late check out until 1.45 to allow the baby to sleep before we were to leave for 3 flights - a total of 15 hours. I was told 1pm at the latest. I asked of possible to extend for 45 minutes, All my luggage would be taken down already, I would just wait for the baby to wake. Well at 1.15 2 staff members BANGED on the door waking a now sobbing ill child and told me I was over my time in the room and I must leave!! I tried to pick up the baby, pram, baby bags and hand luggage- I could hardly walk- they just stood and watched me!!!! I was Flabbergasted!!
What a DREADFUL way to treat a guest- one who had already paid for 10 days in their Hotel. I was SHOCKED! they did not care One bit!!
