As you are aware we are regular visitors to your resort--the reasons being---
--good natural ambience and plenty of space

for the children to play and enjoy
--good service ---good, well behaved staff who respond favourably to your
reasonable requests .The entire team is good , both front end and the silient
staff eg mali , cook etc.
--good food--happy with the type and quality of food served. Maybe in some dishes
the same could be made less heavy ie a weebit less oil and masala
--good location--within walking distance from the bazar
--sufficient parking space . Probably you could introduce claning of the cars
every morning at a nominal cost
--good overall upkeep and maintenance . The gardens could be kept a
little more cleaner .
--For all the above --keep improving
Suggestion--There is every likelyhood of collision /accident at the Gate between
the incoming and outgoing cars . It is a blind 90 degrees bend.
Suggest- a). increase the width of the gate to accomodate the
width of two cars so that each car remains in its lane
b) install a Convex Mirror the Gate so that the incoming car
can see the approaching car coming from inside

extremely great.....perfect holiday.....lovely location.......in between lush green trees.....away from the crowded city......food was just perfect....my children had a gala time thr.....would love to visit again......worth the money spent...

is clean and comfortable. Room service is not very prompt but fairly ok. Location and inside facilties are good. Unfortunately there is no vantage point inside to overlook at the valley and view around. Hotel staff are helpful and courteous.

are not upto the mark. The bedshhets were repleced and the towels were clean, but the rooms had a bad maintenance in terms of cleanliness. The service was average. You can't get any room service till 8.00 am in the morning. However the meals served during lunch, dinner and breakfast were really good. Overall a good budget Hotel to stay

during our two days stay we ordered one time dinner and found some insect in CHAPATI (i was surprised as there was no tandoori roti -as conveyed by the guy on reception) ...i show the same thing to the staff too...also the quality of food was not that good...i was expecting some event on critsmas eve but there was no such thing...location wise it was a good place...with decent rooms, indoor games which i like the most, ......staff was good.

The rooms are near reception area and sport centre.
I have booked through yatra.com . During booking they have not taken child's extra charges.

in and after 2 hours manager told that we have to pay extra money for child 1800 for 2 nights. Now I can't move out be oz we already checked in and can't wander searching stupid hotel.
Well story doesn't end here. Rooms have very pungent smell like shoe socks .
Bathroom was horrible. Water was collecting in bathroom all time. Shower was not working.
Food charges were like Five star hotel and not good food.
Only good thing is location and scenery . Monkeys are troublesome.
So if u r nature lover and ready to bear bad room stay with monkeys and can fast long this is best hotel for u.
Finally Maharashtrian can't do tourism like Kerala or goa.
