The Staff is impresive. Helpful, supportive and quite attent to your schedule. Transfer to airport or offices are provided on the spot.
restaurant is very good. Indian food is a must and here you have a nive although limited selectin of it. They have the ability of mixing it with wetern tastes so they can accomodate all patrons.
Pool is nice and you can be very thankful to t after a long day in hot Chennai.

I had been to a hotel where people speak friendly and i have requested for an upgrade and it was done . The staff was very friendly and helped for all the queries i have. I poor thing about hotel they are not participating in CLUB ITC program and you cannot earn miles there.
We had dinner and it was sumptuous and couldnt know what to eat as it was very delicious and wide spread.Hope you enjoy when you reach there

Check in and check out was fast, the alleys were silent and the room spacious and comfortable
Proximity to the IT hub is a big advantage , resulting in saving of travel time , also not very far away from airport
In room dining was good and the food was freshly cooked
After a hectic day at work, a nice place to relax and recover

Decent business hotel for our short trip. No std room available so had to go for Club class and when checked -in there was no differentiators of club class including basic things such as laundry basket, fruits basket was missing. It was corporate booking so we escalated to our coordinator and he fixed it for our next day stay.
When we pay so much we shouldn't be bothered by such things but we were.
The best part I would say - bed quality, complimentary B/F and pick and drop service.

I have stayed at this hotel 4 times and until recently was my company's preferred hotel. When I arrived after a 26 hour journey from the US, I was in desperate need of a bath to soak as i could barely walk. The only room with a tub was a suite. I asked what was the difference between standard and suite room for the SIX nights I was staying. They told me 8500 rupees. The next day I decided to double check the difference again and they told me 13,500 rupees. I questioned why I was told 8500 rupees the night before and they said it was taxes. Although disappointed, I asked if this difference was for the 6 nights and they said yes.
Just to be sure, I went to their website to see for myself. I calculated the difference between the highest and lowest room times 6. It was about 13,500 so I felt safe. When I checked out they told me the difference was 78,000 rupees. I was very upset and explained how I questioned the rates twice and also verified the rates online. They told me my room wasn't on their website and the rate difference I was given was per night. Why they wouldn't include ALL their rooms on their website is beyond me.
I explained their was a huge misunderstanding and I asked they split the amount. They wouldn't budge as they said they already discounted the rate to our Corporate discount. I asked if the other two suites had been rented that week and they said no. I pointed out that had they didn't lose revenue due to my upgrade and they should reconsider their stance. I reminded them they were our preferred hotel and we had choices. They didn't care and wouldn't budge.
We are now looking at alternative hotels. I will say despite this horrible customer experience, the customer service of the rest of the staff is very good.
