Emarald Hotel is very nearby to railway station and Its very accessible to places in the Chennai city. Good Supportive staff and very good food...Room are neat and clean.. Complimentary breakfast was awesome!!!!

Hotel is situated close to central,Close to marina beach, US consulate. I booked deluxe AC room, Rooms are bit small,.Complimentary Breakfast was not that great. No control on AC.Service is good. Overall good hotel

Stayed there one night only but the rooms were old and aged but the main issue was the the stink coming in and the railway line noise just behind the hotel, the only thing we enjoyed about this hotel is the tasty south indian breakfast.do not ask for a cab from the reception as they try to rip you off call a radio cab instead

Sandwiched between railway line and busy road with poor acoustic insulation the rooms are clean, well furnished but noisy. Another problem was stale smell in entire hotel, about which the
staff was clueless.
Breakfast affered comparably vide choices and was good.

We had organized wedding party in this hotel and arranged for accommodation for our relatives we were cheated 1 st we were told that we will be given a party hall for free then they charged 7000 rs and we also got racist comments from the manager of the hotel I would not like others too to have same experience like mine avoid this hotel
