powercuts in Chennai,we found it difficult to survive even for fifteen minutes in service apartment.Not even fan and we had to climb staircase to reach the third or fourth floor!!!Airconditioner provided looked extremely dangerous with all doors/covers missing.Finally after twenty minutes,we changed to the hotel itself and stayed in "hotel room".Here again,the service was not good.Example was -----------Drinking water was not provided automatically ,only when we asked specifically,someone would come and provide drinking water in a flask.No mineral water bottle!!!When coffee/tea was requested,that arrived,but nobody took the empty cups for twentyfour hours.The only plus point and i think only because of this,many people came and stayed there.That was LOCATION.If you have something to be purchased from Usman road,T.Nagar,then stay here .Otherwise,look for some other hotel which can match the money you pay............TG Mohan

We stayed in the "serviced" apartment but there was very little service. In the apartment lounge room there were a stack of old matresses and a table with 3 phones

and no-one around to answer any of them. When you dial reception one of those phones rings, to no avail. The restaurant was OK.
If you're looking for somewhere to stay in Chennai, stay somewhere else.

bed was gud. Please note that the room has a centralised Air conditioner but without any controler for temperature. I checked in at 11pm i was sweating fully at my room and when called for a help they said its the maximum temperature. Thank god there was a ceiling fan. 32 Inch LCD TV with Airtel DTH is provided but most of the channels are not subscribed. WIFI doesnt work anytime u ask they would say "sir we are looking into it". No power back up as usual "Sir we are looking into it" need to be without light / fan in the dark. Need to use staircase during power cuts and they are dumped with waste. You can know what the Chef;s speciality in the room itself without menu as it smells thru the AC vent. Overall not worth for the Cost. Toilets are soiled and bath tub full of insects. Again no hot water in the washroom. I was Charged Rs.3000 for Deluxe

3000+taxes (23%) ...after negotiations we have come to 3000Rs Net ( with taxes) and free pick up & drop to airport.
I said ok ...
1. When i entered in to the room i was shocked that there is no Plug point. Room number is 316 i guess. then i started screwing him then they changed the room.
2. i ordered food in the afternoon at 2:20 after 3 reminders he brought food at 3:30 with incomplete order.
3. i order foor in the night at 9:30 surprisely he brought at 10:50PM.... Great naaa?
4. water started leakage in washroom at 11:30 PM... I call to reception reg that... Plumber came at 12:00Mid night....
5. And in the morning i have seen one more great thing is...."OUR BATHROOMS CAN BE EASILY VISIBLE BY OTHERS " ( PIC ATTACHED)
6. REGARDING service when i started screwing he is saying that ... what should i do sir... there is only one supplier in this hotel at night times....who has to do work for all the rooms.
7. But food is Tasty not Quality....
The way what is have faced in the Hotel is very Terrible.... I suggest Please don't prefer....this.... DEE CEE MANOR, chennai ...T.Nagar
