buffet spread, vegetarian and as I am a vegetarian myself I was able to appreciate the variety the serve there.
Soups and breads are served at the table itself and every variety from Idlis, Dosas, Chinese, Continental, North Indian and South Indian and a variety of Salads and Desserts to choose from.
Now I think it is priced around Rs.500/- per head and definitely to be enjoyed and go with an empty stomach.

any variation in the breakfast being served & stale idlys being served. on day 2 housekeeping did not replace the soap, on day 3 on complaining to the boy who was cleaning our rooms he started blaming someone else, inspite of complaining the same boy had the nerve to replace only one soap & removed the floor mat/towel without replacing the same. except for the breakfast & poor service by the house-keeping rest everything was fine, specially the rooms are very good, good location, easily accessible.

very courteous and extended warm welcome. The front office guys were pretty quick in allocating room completing the formalities. We have been escorted to the allocated room in 7th floor. The room is comfortable (Deccan Superior) and appeared as clean in first glance but noticed bit later that the bed sheet and pillow covers were not in good shape. We requested the house keeping to change which was attended in 20 mts of time. We could not have breakfast on day of arrival as the restaurant serves closes breakfast serving by 10 am which can be extended by another 30 mts I wish. We had lunch in the restaurant, the lunch menu is good offering different varieties in course of meal. The major issue we faced in the hotel was with the room key (card type) the batteries in side the door handle seems to have absorbed and the door did not open. After complaining we had to face the same problem thrice. We had to stand out of our room all the time waiting for hotel guys to come and help in opening the door. Finally the manager and staff attend the issue and resolved. Overall We felt the experience is average and what we observed is lacking of cooperation among hotel staff courteous though with customers.

problem. in spite of repeated complaints, it took more than half hour to look into it. they finally shifted me to another room 716.
The room as such was spacious, with a good view of the city. The in-room amenities were good with a complimentary coffee maker, refrigerator, bottled water and the works. The bed was hard as a rock which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. The bathroom had a shower cubicle which adds a nice touch with the basic toiletries provided.
My check-in happened at 10.30 am by which the breakfast had closed, to get a sandwich i had to wait for over half an hour at their restaurant Olives. Their 'pub' Downtown is dingy and had a musty odor but served up a decent drink.
In a nut-shell do not expect great things out of this hotel. Just that it is centrally located; walking distance to the US consulate, few kms from the beach and other attractions in Chennai.
