We stayed here for two nights. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The accommodation was clean and comfortable, and the location was great with nice restaurants nearby and easy to walk to the bloque, opera house and other interesting places.

Excellent service and perfect location. Here I've received custom-made service and room was very clean. The owner Mr. Edmond is a very professional, honest and friendly person (like all the other people of the staff): he's a former mathematics teacher...and he was always happy to help me. He arranged my trips around Albania and I always paid the best price. Here guest is like a member of a family. In this Hotel I always felt me just like in my home! In the Hotel-area many excellent restaurant that offer the best of wonderful and very healthy Albanian cuisine: Albanian lamb and fish in particular are superb. Thank you Edmond: I'll return to City Hotel Tirana.

Would absolutely recommend this place. It's very small, but comfortable. It's pretty new and kept very clean. Staff are super friendly and sweet. Location is great - very near to main boulevard and basically equidistant to the city park and the bloque. It's near some of the nicest restaurants in the city.

Stayed for two nights on business, hotel could not have been more helpful. Receptionist always asked if there was anything we needed when we passed reception. Rooms were ideal, comfortable
and clean and location in centre perfect.

We stayed here for three nights whilst visiting family. For us the location was perfect. The room was a nice size on the top floor it was clean and comfortable.
We had a small balcony with lovely views up to the mountains. Our main criticism was that there was no heater in the bathroom which made it quite cold compared to the rest of the room. Also though it was very considerate, we were woken up a few mornings to be asked if we wanted breakfast. We were very tired from travelling so chose not go to breakfast, however our sleep was then disturbed anyway. I think maybe if there could have been complimentary tea and coffee facilities in the room this may have made a difference. Also our first few mornings were disturbed by renovation works, the external view of the hotel was changed over the course of our stay so now looks much fresher and more attractive than before.
There is good wifi connection throughout the hotel.
The bar Medusa next door is so nice, it has a really good atmosphere and isn't noisy at all from the hotel.
All in all we had a lovely stay and would definitely stay again while visiting.
