better and the staff try hard to please but can get strained if the property is full. The main attraction is the peace and quiet nature and the option of travelling to nearby forests and ooty very easily

resort. It is a basic accommodation with nothing fancy. The resort was spacious with cottage style rooms. However, the two rooms where we stayed were not clean. The bathroom had leaking taps. The room did not have TV or phone.There were gaps in the door through which cold wind was coming inside the room. Thanks God we were having a room heater with us. The food is manageable but you need to tell them on how you would like the food to be prepared. The quantities were good though. They have a children play area .. which was big but many activities were there. Overall I'd rate it an average experience.

was just like you stay at home in a room nothing great there was no garden nothing in front of the room which was provided to us.. you dont even get drinking water, you have to search for the service guys to even get water and you will get any service after 1 hr.Water stopped half way in bathroom and geaser never worked. You order food and they bring something which u have not ordered that too after 2 hrs.Very bad service and food is expensive. We were very upset and decided to have food in the town which was good. It was like they just give you room and they are bothered only in collecting money on Extra activities like for Jungle Safari in Jeep, Camp fire ete staff kept asking and they asked us for 8 times was very irritating.

if traveling with family. Absolutely horrible service. Food was awful. staff even worse. Mosquitoes aplenty. Staff can only understand Tamil and will laugh at you if you try any other language. i think they deliberately want tourists to be off this property.
In short we cut our holiday from a 3-day affair to 2-day. You would do the same if you decide to stay here.
