place. Through out the day, we were busy and I came back to the service apartment around 3 PM along with my daughter to freshen up and go back again. While we were entering, the receptionist stopped and informed me that if I take a guest into my room, I will be charged as double occupancy. I asked for the manager and he apologized and asked us to proceed. We left after an hour. Next day while checking out, the receptionist informed that I need to pay for double occupancy and no amount of explanation did any good. As it was getting late for my flight, I had no choice but to pay and get out. The whole experience was unpleasant and staff very rude. I would never step into this place again and would recommend my fellow travelers not to venture into this property - especially with families.

rooms are 3~4 apartments on a floor. If you take only 1 room, you will be sharing apartment with strangers. Basically room is yours, not the apartment. You will get common living room, kitchen etc.
The first stay was just ok. All 3 of us from the same company stayed here in the same apartment (so had the whole apartment to ourselves) in 3 separate rooms. It was ok. We also had a kitchen but needed a lot of cleaning. The gas looked liked no one cooked on it for years! The rooms were so-so with balconies attached except for my boss who was given a larger room with NO windows (amazing structure). TV is not at all modern with most channels in Tamil language. We had to share 1 bathroom between 2 bedrooms connected (again amazing structure). The bathroom had a geyser and could enjoy hot water but not the shower since it seemed clogged. Could not connect to any WIFI.
2nd time stay was even worse. Bed and all that was OK, but the last part of bathing was horrific.
The rooms had no geyser so we assumed that water was centrally heated. My colleague who had evening bath experienced cold shower. And I took the morning shower which was again blessed with cold water! That really ruins it. But we are charged as nothing was wrong, everything is perfect! It gets even better, when we asked for a morning call, we never got one at 4:30am, but we end up waking the receptionist instead for the check-out.... receptionist behaved like he never even had a wake-up call request and never spoke a word about it.
2nd stay, I got WIFI reception but my colleague did not.
The breakfast is complementary in a South Indian restaurant located directly under the apartment but you need to walk all the way out and enter the restaurant. Please ask for the breakfast coupon in the morning.
To summarize it all..... I am not coming back here!

The bathrooms were filthy, the rooms dingy and the service non existent.
You can stay at much nicer places in Chennai for less money.

in internet and the actual room. My sincere advice is please don't book this hotel and waste your money. 4700rs for 2 days ios really really really waste for this hotel. There's absolutely nothing to pay that much money for this hotel. Not at all suitable for couples.
The room doesnt even have split AC even though you pay a rent of 2300rs per night.
They are cheating people by posting wrong photographs. Please avoid this hotel and save your money.
