This resort is located on the circuit house road which is about 500 meters from the mall road and a km from the private bus stop. A nice, clean resort that meets the requirements. I was in 101 which had a good upgraded bathroom. Earlier was allotted 201 but the bathroom was not that good. Complimentary breakfast good. Service was good.

Excellent hotel. We had stayed at the cottages and the rooms / location was excellent . Faces the snow capped mountains.
Food was excellent. North Indian cuisine is excellent compared to the others .
Staff is very cooperative and good on service .

it was a cool place to live. Such a helpful staff from resort help us a lot in all the expects ....all in all their was nothing that i can complaint.......strongly refereed for couples.......would like to visit again

Overall a good hotel except a few points. Firstly the quality of complimentary breakfast was poor they didnt cover even the basic variety. They did not extend my stay for an additional night on prorata basis which generally happens round the world instead the lobby manager Mr. SANJEEV started misbehaving with us and was also not ready to even listen. Hey Guys this is hospitality...u should make ur guests feel at home . SANJEEV U OWE AN APOLOGY.

Though a lot of thought and intent seems to have gone into developing the property, maintenance seems to be an issue. Though the rooms are very spacious and have a nice sit-out with pretty views of snow capped mountains, one cant help noticing things like a chair with a badly shredded back (almost seems like a coupla rats feasted on it) and a bad paint job of the bathroom roof, in an apparent bid to hide the black spots. Quality of Housekeeping was especially bad. Food was below average (dal-chawal and desserts being the only redeeming factors).
