my wife with me as she had never been to Paris before. She was extremely impressed with the cleanliness of the bath room. She really enjoyed the trip because the hotel was so closed to the metro and we travelled to all places by the metro. She would come back again any time.

bars and restaurants in the immediate area. It's a cosy and friendly hotel where all the staff go out of there way to be very helpfull and nothing is too much trouble. They are also very knowlegable if you have any questions about Paris. Rooms are first class for the price with comfortable large beds. Impeccably clean and good service. We looked forward to our breakfast on a tray each morning with lovely coffee and fresh croissants and fruit.
We will definately return to the Balmoral Hotel.

English well. The hotel is very conveniently located a one minute walk from the Charles De Gaul Metro stop, one block from the Arc De Triumph and two blocks from Champs D'Elyses. The rooms are tiny, which is pretty standard in Paris, but the bed was very comfortable. I should also mention that the bathroom doesn't have a shower, it's a tub with a hand held spray that you could stand in the tub and hold it over you, like a shower, but there's no curtain and you will get water everywhere if you aren't careful. Overall we had an enjoyable stay here, beware the restaurants in the area can be very expensive if you aren't careful. I would stay here again as long as the prices stay the same :)

had a brand new bathroom with bath, shower, big mirrors and make-up mirror and good lighting and warm rails. the room had enough wardrobe space and comfortable beds, air conditioning, central heating and was quiet.
Our goupon deal included wine and champagne which were both excellent and tickets to the Louvre (although we preferred the musee d'orsay).
My 21 year old daughter liked shopping at H&M on the Champs Elysee (just 5 min walk away) and prices there the same as in England. There are plenty of cafes around and so much to see- this is a good hotel for a short break.

and modern....) and lots of shops, restaurants and pubs just outside makes this a perfect spot for us for a long weekend in Paris.
Tip: take the Air France bus route 2 from the AirPort (Ch de Gaulle) to the end station near Arche de Triumphe, and you have appr. 100 meters walk to the hotel.
Balmoral will be our hotel of choice at next Paris visit, and is already rcommended to friends.
