My husband and I stayed here based on the privios reviews. The location is great just across a pedestian bridge to the old city. The hotel is in what appears

to be an up scale shopping area. The rooms at the hotel are SMALL. We lived on a boat for 4 years and these rooms are small. The room was clean but appeared very tried due to the old carpet and well worn bed spread. The bath room is also very small with only a accodian style door seperating the bedroom and bath room. After about 11 pm the streets are quite so even though you are street side, noise is not a problem. Note there is not an elevator and the stairs are spiral so lugging suitcases up can be a challenge.
Note upon checking out, we were charged a city tax of 0.99€ per person per night. This was not disclosed upon check- in or through expedia from which I booked the stay.

if you don't mind small rooms isn't bad. Breakfast is available but nothing too special. Bakery & small store nearby to pick up things to eat.

any parking and there was 1 spot free), bed was clean and no bed bugs. Minus: Mould in the shower, only 1 towel for two people as we booked a double room with shower, the TV didn't work the neon sign was outside our window, the cleaner always had her gear in the hall way which made it difficult for us to move our bags around as there is no lift (not that a lift is everything). Bottom line is if you can't find any accommodation in the old Lyon (Vieux Lyon) or any other accommodation that seems to be fitting than you could book this!

Small, dark, damp room. Inexpensive, with pleasant staff, but would not recommend it.

a 2-star hotel, which clearly underwent renovation (or was established) around 3-5 years ago but the fresh look is fading. The carpets in the corridor need urgent cleaning. The staff are generally friendly. We ran out of hot water for about 12 hours. We paid a lot less than anticipated and I am not sure why. The price we paid (70 euro/night) was fair.
