My first hotel stay in Rome. Exceeded my expectations in every way. Quiet oasis in the middle of the busiest part of Rome. Despite what the reception tells you, WIFI is free if you are ok with the basic connection. For checking emails and sending whatsapp I find it very sufficient. Not worth spending 11 Euros for the fast connection. There are some really nice restaurants around that area, the further you are away from the Spanish Steps the cheaper it gets. Enjoy...

We stayed there 2 weeks ago for 5 nights. We couldn't fault anything about it. The location was beside the spanish steps (and the chanel boutique!)and a great hub from which to enjoy the rest of the city. The buffet breakfast was delicious.

The hotel is very modern, but the srevice is good. All different floor and colour. The srevice is very good. the location is incredible in the center in Margutta via with no noise and traffic.
The breakfast is good beautifull service.

Located on the via margutta just around the corner from the Spanish Steps, Hotel Art rooms are clean, modern, small but with everything you need. The ceiling in the foyer is beautiful, breakfast adequate, staff friendly, but professional. didn't get a chance to check out the gym but there is one.
