had a brilliant holiday. Yes, the hotel is dated but this is Greece! We didn't expect 5 star luxury for what we paid, but what we did get was very helpful, informative and friendly staff who went out of their way to make our stay pleasant. The hotel is in a fabulous location on a beautiful beach. There is a good Irish bar/restaurant next door and a lovely taverna on the beach. The local bus stop is just outside and runs regularly into the Town. The rooms are kept spotlessly clean and clean towels every day. Plenty of hot water and good shower. Small fridge in room which was really useful. Breakfast is simple but plentiful. All in all a very enjoyable stay and we will be definitely going back.

is infront of this hotel, location wise it is too good. Mykonos town is just a 2kms away from this hotel. Provision of renting a vehicle is also available just next to this hotel. The rates are fine, the best way to see Mykonos is rent the Vehicle from next door, go around Mykonos all the beaches. We got free parkings near the town and beaches, and it is safe to park there. We parked near the Mykonos town and saw the whole town and the Pelican, seeing Pelican is considered as good omen. Paradise beach is not far off, but after seeing the bus timings we decided to rent the vehicle because it gave us the freedom to spend more time to spend in each beach and more flexibility. The hotel guided us for the bus timings and the recent event happenings at the town. The Connecting High Speed Boat for Athens is near by, and it started well in time. Hotel is neat and clean, comfortable. The breakfast is good, but if hotel decides to add some fruits it will be good for all. Every room has a balcony and have great view to the sea. They also helped us for late Check outs on the journey day. The front desk staff, restaurant staff and staff looking after the facilities was too considerate, helpful and very polite. It is really helpful if the rooms are taken on the first floor, so that no need to carry the luggage , since it is on a hill. I can consider staying at this hotel again.

Room was acceptable, two comfortable firm beds, old furnishings. Shower pressure good with good regulation between hot/cold. Beware hot is scalding. Air conditioning operated efficiently.Good view of the bay.

in previous reports many steps if your room is up the hill. Our room was on the first level so we were happy. If you have knee problems where climbing steps is a problem consider another hotel.
Management were helpful but when taxis drivers were on strike were not helpful with advising with alternate transportation to airport but begrudgingly did offer to take a friend who was leaving earlier than us to the airport. They should have offered immediate help when a customer is stranded especially when other hotel in the area offered a shuttle service to the airport. They really didn't care about their customers.
Breakfast bland. Cold hard boiled eggs, pre cooked fried eggs occasionally, luke warm coffee, sliced cheese and ham. Helpfull waitress though.
Beach was good family beach sheltered from the wind one minute walk from the hotel. Bus stop also very convenient for down town. Bus every hour takes 7 minutes to the Old Port.

One star just for the location. The rest is just bad: The rooms are very old(-fashioned), beds are unconfortable, stuff and owners are rude, breakfast is unacceptable (dirty, flies everywhere,

unfresh...). I would pay max. 5 Euros per day to stay in this hotel in the future (incl. breakfast). Sorry guys, but we 're in 2012, not in 1985!
