Driving up to the hotel I didn't immediately get impressed seeing the messy entrance area. However, once we stepped out of the car, the service began and we were impressed

start to finish. Our room was quite comfortable (loved the bed although the linen has seen better days), the breakfast at sunny sideup was yummy, the rooms and grounds are immaculate. The staff was friendly yet not intrusive. They offered up cool towels. The drinks were expensive but refreshing (I would love one of their mojito's right now). The beach is incredible and offers up plenty of recreation. The manager runs a tight ship here. I hope to visit again!,

I've been fortunate enough to take my family to 360 Degrees in March where we had a wonderful stay in room 300 (Malcom & Pollita, hope we can get the

same room again next year).
There is so much that is good about 360 it is hard to know where to start, but to keep it short, the customer service here is so absolutely spot on: always available but always discreet, totally efficient but never over-facing. Nothing is too much trouble and every service is provided with true care and affection for the guest.
The Indian restaurant is amazing food at amazing prices- unaffordable for us daily dining but worth it if you can afford it!!
A wonderful place to stay; we cannot wait to return.

decking and into the pool.Everything was clean and well cared for ,the room was amazing lots of space, massive kingsize bed, lovely bath, shower, and all fitted out . the room was cleaned daily fresh towels and anything else you could possibly need you only had to pick up the phone and ask and it was sorted, We did go back to Candolim this year but decided we would try the lemon-tree another lovely hotel but did miss the 360 retreat. If my husband and myself return then its definately going to be with Roberto and his wonderful staff at the 360.Also the waiting staff should be mentioned they were attentive and the food good. Hope you remember us Alberto, we stayed at M/blue for 2 daysthen at 360 Ivy and Tim,torquay s devon England

We stayed at 360 Degrees recently to celebrate my husband's birthday. We had been staying in South Goa for 5 nights before staying at 360 Degrees & had a very

hectic week so were ready to relax & enjoy his birthday. The decor is modern & there are some lovely original features in the hotel. The service was excellent as was the food at Sunny Side Up, the chefs are masters of Goan cuisine. Upon check in we were given an upgrade which was much appreciated were shown round the hotel.
We ate in the restaurant on the first night & the food was great, my wife ordered the seafood platter & was given a huge platter which pleased her as she loves seafood! Afterwards we had cocktails at the bar which is really nice place to unwind & as usual the service was excellent. When we got back to the room there were rose petals everywhere with chocolates & champagne & the birthday cake all of which I had prepaid & arranged at the hotel for my wife. The cake was absolutely delicious.
The breakfast the next morning was lovely & we took the hotel taxi to the flea market to do some shopping. In the evening we walked down to the beach to Bobby's shack for a great & extremely reasonably priced barbecue.
The Hotel Manager met us & chatted with us on how they could make our stay better, a very personal touch indeed.
We would highly recommend this hotel & it deserves more good reviews than it has on tripadvisor, the staff really go out of their way to ensure you have an enjoyable & memorable stay. The extra touches really make a difference whether it is the cold towels & drink on arrival, daily newspaper, fresh flowers, luxury toiletries & bottled water on check out.
Negatives: bath & bed linen looks frayed.
Caution: Watch the prices at the restaurant, the food is brilliant but the bill can leave you with a hole in your pocket.

We stayed here at the end of march (forgot to post review earlier). It's a small 12 room hotel bang on candolim beach. So location is just fabulous. The rooms

are large, modern, with all amenities and a really spacious bathroom and attached terrace, overlooking the beach and vast open space. Great for early morning cuppa....
The hotel is a minutes walk from the beach and the hotel's restaurant is on the beach. It has a small pool, spa etc . The receptionists are extremely friendly and helpful.
Being tucked away in a lane, it's in the middle of busy candolim ....yet quiet.
Yes I would most definitely stay here again!
