We stayed at this hotel in December 2014. It was decent, reasonably clean and good service staff. The lights in the room were inadequate and quite dim. The location and the room rates were perfect. The staff was very courteous and helpful. The breakfast was decent with enough variety of fruits, idli-dosa-sambar, toast, omlettes, tea, cofee, juice, puri bhaji etc. If you are in Bangalore for a short visit for work etc this is a good place in Indiranagar. There are lot of good restaurants, bars, shops, cafes in the area.

I checked in Friday and departed Monday. No WiFi in room which took manager, two IT staff and a hired hand three and one-half hours to actually install a router
"in" my room! It took another hour to get me signed on.
Also during check in I ordered two appetizers. When finished, I placed the empty dishes outside my door. After thirty-six hours I forcibly kicked the dishes down the hall as two mice were eating from them.
The bathroom was atrociously filthy. Fixtures spotted, not shiny, floor appeared never to have been scrubbed. There was no hot water; not even warm water. The trash bin was filthy and rusted completely through due to urine. It was literally stuck to the floor.
On Sunday night, they sent their security guard up to check out my room. On the way out he smiled at me then reached out and squeezed my forearm with a wink. Because of my complaints, instead of addressing them, the manager advised me that it was against the law to have a woman in my room; my girlfriend, and I had paid for two adults on check in, so no, it isn't, WOG. This is what desperate people do when they have no other rejoinder..."deflect" and change the subject. He threatened to call the police and I told him to go ahead. The police never came. I even offered to call the police for him.
Every thirty minutes each day, the WiFi timed out and I had to enter a new username and password. Each time I had to make a trip to the front desk in order to get a new password. This happened 12 times per day. In total, from Friday until Monday morning, I spent eight hours of my stay dealing with the manager, front desk or IT.
In fifty years of travel and probably thousands of hotels, this hell-hole hotel rates a zero on a scale of 100.
I spoke to the manager the night before checkout (I had to be gone by six AM). No 3000 rupees to be found. But don't take my word for it; check-in yourself and take your chances. And don't let the security guard, Sanjeev, get you alone. Can provide photos for private queries.
All that said, I will return to Bangalore. I can't wait to see the manager's face when I stop by to say hello to him. I bet he'll even have my 3000 rupees. I'm sure of it.
