Nadeem – Regarding the payment failures, if your bank does not support VISA Secure, then you will not be able to pay at Cleartrip through your card. To register your Credit card for “Verification by Visa” authentication you need to complete the procedure with your Credit Card bank.

Ajit – Passenger needs to carry a vaild photo ID which is authorized by Govt. of India, as mentioned below.

- Pan Card
- Driving license
- Passport
- Voter’s ID

Topic: Complaints / Invalid offer - HDFC refund not happened

Srilatha – As per the offer, 10% cash back on the base fare or Rs 500 (whichever is less) was valid for minimum of 2/3 passengers being booked in a single booking and 50% cash back on the base fare or Rs.2000 (whichever is less & only valid on Jetlite, Spice, Go Air, Paramount, Indigo, Kingfisher Red & MDLR Airlines) was valid for minimum of four passengers being booked in a single booking.

Since your reservation was done for one passenger for the Trip ID 810182868 it did not qualify for the HDFC cash back offer.

Nagaraju – We have updated the cancellation on our end and the refund for the same is in process.

An amount of Rs.9688/- shall be reversed back to your credit card within 4 – 5 business days.
