Sukumar – Every cancellation has a penalty attached along with.

In this case, you cancelled the booking from your account directly and the penalty towards such cancellation is applied on this booking.

This is a normal transaction in which the user made the booking and has subsequently cancelled the same.

Sukumar – We are sorry to hear about your experience while making a booking on our website.

We have checked with the IT team for the records of your booking and found out that ””Mr”” was selected instead of ””Mrs”” at the time of entering the name on the Passenger details page.

Since you have cancelled the ticket on the same day, a refund of Rs.265/- is already on its way. Normally it takes around 5-7 working days for the amount to reflect in your card account.

As far as the confirmation of a ticket is concerned, we only confirm the booking post successfully payment confirmation from your Bank and we do have a facility of Tab browsing within the website which allows you to visit the earlier pages by clicking on any of the Tabs without losing any of your data.

Pete – Our Air booking rates are for all individuals staying anywhere across the Globe, however our Hotel rates are different for International customers.

If you are planning to book a Hotel using our website, don’t forget to click on “I’m not a resident of India” before you go ahead.

Sharad – We appreciate your suggestion, however we do cross verify with the user by asking him to click the check box which refers to the policies associated with the Insurance.

User always has the opportunity to uncheck the box and the next time you try to book using the same browser, it will by default be unchecked.

Ankur – Your reservation is not cancelled as it would have been a No show in any case. It is still confirmed and you can check in.

Please let us know if you encounter any problems at the Hotel regarding the same.
