Deepak – Sorry for the confusion created by the refund email. You will get the amount based on the cancellation made on your amended ticket, however, since that information is not present in our system, the default refund email which gets generated from our system would still have the original amount paid towards the ticket and cancellation guidelines attached to the same.

Goran – Click here for Indian Railways Map.

While traveling from Kurnool – Mumbai, you will save around 2-3 hours if you travel via Guntakal, however more trains ply between Hyderabad to Mumbai than Guntakal to Mumbai.

Vikramaditya – We are sorry to hear about the flight cancellation. In order to accelerate the refund process, you need to email us at (customersupport@cleartrip.com) the endorsed copy of the ticket (Duly stamped by the Airline authorities) which clearly states “Full Refund”.

Vineet – We have canceled your booking on our systems today. Since Go Air does not intimate us of their flight cancellations, we only process the refund when our customers inform us.

Normally it takes 5-7 working days for the amount to reflect in your card account depending on the issuing Bank.
