You are SIMPLY AWESOME…........there’s nothing else to describe you. The fares you’ve quoted are almost as good as what I get here in the UAE. Well, marginally higher out there, but it’s OK, if your quote includes taxes and your mark-up (which, let me repeat, I never minded paying from the outset for the EXCELLENT service I’ve recd till date).

I can also see you haven’t yet started on-line booking for journeys starting overseas or even return trips from Hindustan, right? As soon as you do, you can count on me to give you (whatever little) business I can – my daughter studying in India travels quite often and so does my wife from here. In any case, my loyalty will continue…......have I laid it on a bit too thick….......hope not….....but I SERIOUSLY MEAN IT.

This is Ajit, another CT customer. I don’t deny you may have faced a problem, but I’ve been using CT for 3 years plus now, and never faced a problem with their response time. In fact, without exaggeration, they ARE the fastest. One of the other travel sites – I can’t recall whether it was Yatra or Makemytrip – the booking page would always go back to the Home page, whenever I hit the PROCEED button for final booking. Try again, and you may well succeed. Best of luck…...............and cheers.

Hi again. This is a test case – Pls quote for me Economy, preferably direct flight, Dubai or Abu Dhabi to Bangalore dep on 25July08 and return on 22August. Also, outbound i.e. Dubai/Abu Dhabi into Bangalore on 16October and return on 19 or 20Oct. Thanks a ton.

Thanks very much for your quick response, as always!!!!!! So the catch is a minimum stay of 2 nights, right? And the process flow is like this – fill in the questionairre, book for 2 nights with CT and then get the Rs.1K voucher within 48 hours, right?

Your records will show that I’m your die-hard fan. I’m an NRI and have always used your awesome services for domestic travel in India during my annual vacations. Your INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL option is really the “icing on the cake”. But, tell me something, is it only for trips originating in India, or can I book a return trip from overseas as well, i.e. Overseas-India-Overseas?

I’ve just recd a mail promising “we (i.e.you) would like to give you (i.e.me) a Rs.1000 hotel cash back voucher for next time you (i.e. me) book a hotel with Cleartrip as a gesture of goodwill” for completing your questionairre. What are the “ifs” and “buts” – the fine print is missing…....pls throw some light. Appreciate your quick response. Cheers.

Why have you guys deleted the drop down menu for destinations in your flight bookings option? It was so much easier earlier to choose the destination from the drop down. At the pace the names of the cities are changing in India, it’s a tad difficult to know the exact name of a particular destination for us to proceed with the transaction. Pls investigate and revert. Thanks a pile.
