- Cleartrip Forum? What’s that?
-
Cleartrip Forum is where we officially provide online customer support. We answer your questions about bookings, cancellations, refunds and website issues, field your complaints, consider your suggestions and bask in your adulation. You also get to look at what other customers are saying and how they got their issues resolved.
We’ve created the following forums:
If you have an idea for a new forum, just make a suggestion.
- What is a “topic”?
A topic is a question within a forum. You can browse through existing topics and join the conversation or create a new topic to add to a forum. For example, if you wanted to know whether you’d get any money back if you cancelled a non-refundable fare, you’d go to the Cancellations & Refunds forum and submit a topic like “Will I get any money back if I cancel a non-refundable fare?” We’ll post a reply to your topic and, hopefully, everyone will be happy.
- What’s a “post”?
-
A reply to a topic is called a post. Posts may come from someone at Cleartrip or from any forum user. You can reply to any topic and join the conversation. You can even post replies to your own topics.
You can only delete your own posts.
- Hey! My topic and post got deleted. What happened?
-
God gave Cleartrip’s Forum Administrators the right to create, modify and delete any topics and posts we find inappropriate. We don’t moderate posts beforehand, though, which means you can immediately view what you post on the forum.
- How do I start using the forums?
