Refund for cancellation not received

hi I have cancelled train tickets booked wel; in advance on 24-Oct and the refund for the same is still not received.

The Trip id: 810200342

I had written couple mails to Customer care and there was no response till date on the same. I have also called up the customer care 5 to6 times and evry time they say will call you back on the status by tomorrow afternoon. But I have not recived any call from the customercare till date.

Can any one look into this matter and get the refund processed immediately. Its almost 22 days since I had cancelled my tickets.

As per our telecon, the refund shall be processed on Monday and the same will reflect in your account within 2-3 working days.

Resp. Sirs,
I had cancelled two tickets online through Cleartrip and I also got the emails of cancellation confirmation from the Cleartrip. The tickets were booked from Cleartrip online. Till today I havent got the refund. The details are as follows.

1. PNR : 8515085018 Cleartrip ID – 810083483 Date of Journy : 02-11-08 from Mumbai Central to Jamnagar Cancellation Date : 31-10-2008 Amount : Rs. 828/-

1. PNR : 8515424861 Cleartrip ID – 810211311 Date of Journy : 29-10-08 from Jabalpur to Rajkot Cancellation Date : 27-10-2008 Amount : Rs. 1163/-

Surprisingly Other ticket(ID-810162966, PNR-8224977508) cancelled with same date & time on 31-10-08 has already been refunded.

Kindly expediate.
