LAUNCH: Pay with your Citibank Account/Debit Card (locked)

We’ve just added a new netbanking option to our payment system. You can now pay using your Citibank account for your flight and hotel reservations. Here’s how you do it…

On the payment step during your booking process, select the “Pay by Netbanking” option and choose Citibank as the bank.

We’ll redirect you to Citibank’s signin page…

...and you should see something like this, once the redirect is complete. You’ll need to enter your debit card number, debit card expirty month + year, and IPIN (IPIN). Hit the “Submit” button in order to complete the payment. (In case you don’t remember your IPIN you can generate it instantly on Citibanks’s IPIN generator

If you’ve entered your debit card details + IPIN correctly, you should see a confirmation screen. Please look for the following text in red to confirm a successful payment:

Approved. Amount Debited from the specified account.

You may want to note down the bank reference number – this number will appear in your account statement against the payment. Now, hit the “Confirm” button…

...and you’ll get redirected back to the Cleartrip website where we’ll verify your payment details…

...and finally send you packing on that trip!
